The item you want is in a wooden chest located in the central hut. Co-ords (45.6 39.2). You can also do the quest "Can't Make An Omelette Without..."

There is a respawn timer of about 5 minutes on this item.

with 3 toons waiting for that box the spawn timer between each grab was 7m 30s.
This is a rather long respawn time.

Directions are correct - and respawn time is horrible. If 2 or more people are doing this, make sure to grab this item first then do the egg quest gathering. With a little luck, the eye may be close to respawning by then.

As of patch 4.1.0 the chest does not despawn when looted, so multiple people can now grab it without having to wait.

Recover the Eye of Shadra from Agol'watha.

Description

Shadra must be summoned, for certain. To allow an opportunity like this to pass us by would be foolish. While the apothecaries can make fine use of the god's venom, they are relatively inexperienced in ritual magic.

Fortunately, I am quite familiar with preparing dark convocations. You will bring the scattered parts of Shadra to me, and I will help you bring her to this plane to be taken out.

The first part is the eye of Shadra, guarded in Agol'watha to the north.
