I first saw Grawmug when I was doing the previous quest around 30, 75 near some rocks, and then when I got to this quest he was at the end/top of the cave at 33, 69. Same cave with the Troggs you need for http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26147.

Drove me nuts trying to figure out how to get to this ugly bugger! There's a small path that leads upto the top of a small Mesa in the cave where he is..

WoW really needs an "I already did that" button on quests so that if you encounter the boss mob while on a previous quest you can just click "I already did that" when the NPC then asks you to go kill them.

It appears that these beasts in Loch Modan are following the lead of a chieftain named Grawmug. He's the biggest of all the troggs here, lurking deep within the darkness of the caves to the north.
