Swim to the wreckage that is roughly center among the wrecks, a little offshore. It's the one jutting out of the water at a sharp angle. Dive under water and swim in the cannon window there. To your right is the skull pile with an ogre head that you have to swim closer to in order to get quest completion credit.

You don't even need to get your feet wet now.....just wander towards the edge of the shore in the direction of the tilted ship, and it'll autocomplete.

Didn't even get close to the shore. A round loop and you're back with the quest done. The completion text was funny.

You may have to talk to Zidormi at the entrance to Swamp of Sorrow to "see Blasted Lands before the invasion." Then merely swing by the ship closest to shore to get credit.

Description

We've seen countless ships sail past the shore to the southeast, but most pass by inconspicuously. Several days ago, however, a powerful storm carried several of the ships to shore and left them wrecked.

I'd bet a pint of Nethergarde Bitter that they were Horde ships if I didn't love Nethergarde Bitter so much. I can pay you gold, though, if you'll go check out those ships and report back.
