Look for a cart with cages on it, then use the totem and a wolf will appear.

Kind of reminds me of Jim Croce's song "if I could save time in a bottle". Even though it's lightning, it made me start humming the song.

End of the Supply Line and Harrying the Hunters can be done by both factions, but "The Voice of..." followup requrement is different.
Goldrinn's Ferocity and Howling Mad allows other players to share you quests next on line, but Lycanthoth the Corruptor {H} will let you be in same phase as npc.
Into the Maw!{A2 ;H ;H2}. There are 2Alliance and 2Horde variants, for each faction one from wolf spirit and one backup from main quest guy in Shrine of Goldrinn.
Whole Firelands Forgeworks(8) chain doesn't have any pre-quests. You can get first time to Hyjal and ask warlock to summon you there and do the quests. However Lightning in a Bottle {H} is needed to use the standart teleport.

The item in question looks exactly like the Frostwolf Insignia Rank 6:

It has nothing to do with the "Charged Condenser Jar" as it initially seems.

I know Blizzard makes enough money to pay someone to make a unique
icon for a quest item, making confusing issues like this particularly annoying.

Use the Insignia look-alike and the condenser jar disappears, summoning the wolf.

guys, it not to left of the cave, from what i saw, its above it. Just fly above, pretty simple even though it took me awhile to figure it out.

To finish:
I landed on the UPPER ledge of cliff. Right on top of the yellow "?". After i landed on top of the ?, I simply right clicked. Suddenly, the Spirit of Lo'Gosh appeared, right there.
That's how i did it. Your results may differ. I'm only trying to help.

So, you get the jar, which are just these tiki light looking things on lightning ledge. Then you have to use the emblem to summon the wolf - Goldrinn to turn in the quest. Took me a minute to figure out where the hell you turn in the quest once it is complete.

Make sure you have the Totem Of Lo'Gosh in your bags and click on that after you get the bottle. I didn't have this in my bags for what ever reason and it took me a good while to figure it out.

Ok when You are done with the quest. to turn it in u click the thing to the quest at the ledge wolf comes in and u turn it in taking the part two of the quest..

This quest appears to be broken at the moment. You can click to loot the jar, but it always just says "There is no loot". Just move on to the next questing location (Grove of Aessina), thankfully you can keep questing in the zone without completing this one. Happy Questing!

Collect a Charged Condenser Jar from a Twilight Lightning Channel.

Description

Lo'Gosh granted me a vision while you were in the hovel, <name>. I saw you striding across the Lightning Ledge, with lightning bolts in your hand. The vision was powerful: Lo'Gosh feels this is of utmost importance. We must not fail the ancient.

Upon the Lightning Ledge, Twilight's Hammer has been experimenting with devices they call "Lightning Channels."

Investigate one of these channels, then use this totem to summon the Spirit of Lo'Gosh and learn what the ancient is planning...
