This quest resembles Pa'Troll from WotLK.

It's best to start with Misha Tor'kren (instead of searching for the medal of her son, you just have to collect 250 (!) crocolisk teeth), then head to Grandmatron Tekla. She just wants to be escorted to Raggaran. Part three is killing quilboars (two-parted quest-chain). At last, go to Zen'Taji who is near the border to the barrens.

The quests you need to do to get credit for this:
Raggaran:
Raggaran's Rage - Kill 4 Razormane Quilboar and 4 Razormane Scouts
Raggaran's Fury - Kill 5 Razormane Dustrunners and 5 Razormane Battleguards.

Grandmatron Tekla:
Spirits Be Praised - Escort Grandmatron Tekla to Raggaran

Misha Tor'kren:
Lost But Not Forgotten - Gather 250 crocolisk teeth. (They drop in batches of ~25 to ~40.)

Zen'taji:
Unbidden Visitors - Scare away 3 Wayward Plainstriders
That's the End of That Raptor - Kill Screamslash

If you're questing for Darkspear Trolls reputation, only the Zen'taji should be done.

Being in a raidgroup while turning in the quests at these NPC's will NOT trigger the "helped" part, be warned!

Quest giver Grandmatron Tekla (located in the doorway of the completely flooded hut) isn't always there. Considering it's a escort quest, I think she takes a little while to spawn.

Dont know since when but the escort quest (Help Grandmatron Tekla) is no longer part of this quest.

Looking through the spyglass still shows you her location (water shed) but no quest there anymore.

Seems Grandmatron Telka isn't a part of the quest anymore.

As of patch 7.1.5, the escort quest with Grandmatron Tekla did not work for me when I did this quest on my monk. It has probably been removed. Not sure why, but that is how it is.

I don't understant what Thonk means by "How'd you make the old woman fly, by the way? ". Was this related to Tekla ? It's the first time I do this quest so yeah, since she has been removed...

if for some reason u wont get progress from completing quests which are part of helping those npcs(if u are in raid group for example while completing one of quests) delete it from quest log and pick it up again(it will be marked as completed)

As a 60 hunter i tryed to get naked and Ressurection sickness without and progress.
I used the Soft Foam Sword (its a toy in you toybox if ya have it) for the part Help Zen'Taji and it worked fine and i was done with the quest :)
