You have to summon the Creteus' Mobile Databank at the temples. If they are just following you, move to the outer ring of each temple, it tends to put them on the track.

The databank makes the following analyses of the various temples:

Temple of Invention analysis commencing.
Temple of Invention verified to be in-tact.
Mechanical servants appear to have turned against each other. Several attendants have been piled together in an unorganized manner.
Remaining mechagnome guardians corrupted by unknown source.
Watcher Mimir verified to no longer be present. Analysis complete.

Temple of Winter analysis commencing.
Temple of Winter verified to be in-tact.
Temple guardians verified to be deceased. Sulfurous odor suggests that death resulted from a fire-base entity.
Previously established cold weather patterns at the temple have ceased.
Watcher Hodir verified to no longer be present. Analysis complete.

Temple of Life analysis commencing.
Temple of Life verified to be damaged beyond repair.
Evidence indicates a significant battle. The opponent of Watcher Freya estimated to be of similar size and strength to Watcher Freya.
Temple guardians are no longer present. Plant forms associated with temple are deceased.
Watcher Freya verified to no longer be present. Analysis complete.

Temple of Order analysis commencing.
Temple of Order verified to be in-tact.
No indications of struggle are present. No guardians are present.
Watcher Tyr verified to no longer be present. Analysis complete.

If you want to hear all of what the databank says, you'll have to follow it. The platforms are large and it moves out of range of what you can hear from the center. Though, if all you care about is completing objectives, you can stay in the center and get credit.

I tried to do this quest today but I was not getting credit when the Databank would investigate. It would say all the above mentioned statements, up to and including "analysis complete" everytime yet I got no quest credit. I tried it mounted and unmounted. I tried dismissing it and summoning it again and nothing. I'll post if I find out if theres something I'm doing wrong. But I think I might petition a GM.

Am I the only one that thinks this could make a neat little pet? It can fly, it seems like it can be summoned anywhere (I haven't tried it anywhere other than the Storm Peaks at the moment though)

If it isn't working, make sure you're not in Temple of Storms, since it's not part of the quest. Don't waste your time there as I did

when i did this quest...i couldn't help but notice that 3/4 of these watchers are bosses in Ulduar...maybe they got kidnapped and put in Ulduar? i don't know about Tyr, but Freya, Mimir (Mimiron?), and Hodir are watchers and bosses.

Anyone know how to dismiss the little pet? i didnt dismiss it before i turned in the quest so.... i dont have the little thingy to dismiss and summon the databank..
I tried logging out, didnt work.. I tried leaving storm peaks, didnt work =/

Actually nevermind, If you drop off ur flying mount and die it goes away =)

Had some minor issues completing this. I flew to the middle of the pillar, and used the quest item given, which did not work (it spawned, and did some emotes, but never got quest credit).

The key is to use the quest item before you reach the pillar, that way it will activate properly when you approach the pillar. Also be sure to approach while being on the ground (but you can remain on mount), or it won't activate properly.

Personally I find this to be an annoyingly slow quest. I actually thought it had bugged on the first temple it took so long to investigate.

So, it might just be me, but I figure I should post this anyway - just in case!

The temples you're looking for (with the exception of Temple of Life) are skyward. They look nearly identical to the platform that Thorim is standing on. I'm posting this just in case you - like me - refer to the built-in map helper thing that comes standard. Super helpful at times, but not with exact locations.

Tyr finally makes his debut in Dawn of the Aspects!

During the era just after the Ordering of Azeroth, Tyr observed the proto-dragons from the shadows, particularly the intelligent ones such as Malygos. When the massive Galakrond began devouring proto-dragons and the victims became undead, Tyr made his presence known to Malygos and asked for the clever blue's help, as well as the help of Malygos's companions. Tyr made some vague wordings that imply Galakrond's mutations were his doing though things did not turn out as he had hoped. Tyr explained that his fellow Watchers would not face the danger of Galakrond as they are not tied to Azeroth like its native species are, and so he all but begged Malygos for aid.

Kalecgos found an octagonal object that once belonged to Tyr and what is likely Tyr's severed hand in the present-day Galakrond's Rest. As Kalec is rocketed by visions of the war against Galakrond, he often caught brief glimpses of Tyr observing him only for Tyr to vanish before Kalec could get a clear look.

One bug on quest turn-in: if another player already is engaged in conversation with Creteus, then clicking on him will not bring up the quest turn-in text. You need to wait until he starts pathing again in order to get the turn-in dialog to activate.

I call these "num lock quests" because you spend most of your time sitting at the map screen with num lock on watching your toon fly across the map.

Description

Norgannon's Core is not at this location. I am not sure why you seek it, <race>, and I am equally unsure if you truly know the purpose of that which you seek.

I would like you to aid me before I consider extending my assistance. I have recently encountered knowledge of the watcher, Thorim. His seat of power is contested, and his fate remains to be seen. This troubles me, for I do not know of the other watchers. Utilize this databank to examine their temples to the northeast and return the knowledge to me.
