Make sure pet is summoned or you will not be able to loot treasure. Treasure is located at 41.19 and the Warlord is near at 40.19 =)

Click on the treasure and Tartek will show up on a proto-drake.

Don't click on the treasure before you kill Tartek. It will bug. Killed him 4 times unable to loot. Had to Alt-F4 and do again.

I just completed this quest and recieved 700 reputation, the 350 listed above is either outdated or innacurate.

It seems that the bug involving looting the item before killing the boss is fixed. I looted the treasure first and then faced the boss and it's dragon and finished the quest.

Kill Warlord Tartek and retrieve the Mistwhisper Treasure for Mistcaller Soo-gan at Mistwhisper Refuge.

If you lose Jaloot's Favorite Crystal, speak to High-Oracle Soo-say in Rainspeaker Canopy.

Description

So some puppy-men come and smash blue crystals at Great Mist Stone! Lots of rain and lightning and badness... blue is wrong crystal for Great Mist Stone! Dumb puppy-men.

After lightning, puppy-men stole big treasure we found in the sea-lake. We need treasure back to give to Great Mist Stone! Mist Stone is angry after what the puppy-men did!

One who took it named Tarter... no, Tiktak... no, no... Tartek. That it, Tartek! He went to the camp thing to north. Go get treasure back!
