I'm a 77 Deathknight and Grennix Shivwiggle has no quest for me :/
I've done all the quests I can find in Grizzly Hills and still nothing...

Is there some prequest from another zone, or something else?

Best use of the phasing code so far. The DK quest line was okay. Krenna really needed her ass handed to her though.

This quest became available after turning in Tactical Clemacy and Attack on Silverbrook. Not sure which one, just noticed the quest became available when I came back to Conquest Hold.

I'm willing to bet its from Tactical Clemency considering what happens at the end of this quest line and the letter you get from Gorgonna after doing Tactical Clemency.

Tactical Clemency is from the quest line starting from Mikhail's Journal which drops off the quest mob for My Enemy's Friend. This might the same book m00nmage mentioned.

The last quest in The Conquest Pit chain is actually easier than the one that preceded it (The orc murderer one). While the previous one isn't soloable at 73 (without great difficulty), this one would probably be easier. I did the last 2 with a guild Boomkin, but the last one was definately one of the easier ones. I play a prot paladin so i put Seal of Light and Judgement of light up, and when needed, the boomkin stepped outta form to heal me.

solo'd the whole chain as a protection paladin using judgement of light, seal of wisdom, occasionaly healing myself. improved hammer of justice.

First off this quest line needs to be edited because you only get the gold compensation at lvl 80 not 70.

Second, at lvl 80 doing this quest chain will net you 117g 55s and a rare set of gloves. Doing this quest before 80 nets you about 80g 20s i believe, as well as the gloves.

The experience you receive from the whole quest line is about 141k. Which is quite a boost. So you have to decide whether to group up and do the quest before 80 or at 80. Which ever you think is more rewarding.

I'd like to note that you might want to turn the quest in ASAP.

As soon as Krenna dies, the goblin will let anybody else start their own pit fight. As soon as they iniate their fight, the mob will spawn and aggro Gorg. Nobody will be able to attack the mob since he is not attackable yet, meaning Gorg will die and you will fail the quest.

Of course, if people around you are kind enough to let you turn it in, this won't be a problem, but I had quite a few jerks intentionally start their own quest so Gorg would die and I'd fail.

Did the entire chain with a hunter pet tanking, rogue & hutner DPSing and priest healing, all at 75. The 4th one was the toughest, but sticking around close to him makes it easier. Easy 130k exp.

Does anyone have a transcript of the conversation they have before they become active? i did this but i didn't get into the pit in time to see the whole thing. =(

I came in just as Krenna asked her sister where her pet turtle was.

Lousy cloth reward, considering the Rare designation. The crit stat is good, but anybody with the level 70 PvP epic will be unimpressed. I'd like to have the crit bump, but it's not worth sacrificing the stamina/int combo, and the spell power is a couple points below.

Ya I don't know what Garrosh Hellscream was thinking in putting Krenna in charge of the operations in Grizzly Hills. I eliminated half the Scourge in Dragonblight,witnessed the Wrathgate and reclaimed Undercity yet she refused to recognize me. Blizz did a good job of making Krenna tick you off then you get to kill fight her. Classic XD

Since no one's said anything about the fight:

Gorgonna will be assisting you. Krenna comes with her two guard elves. She has a cleave, a slam (short stun), and a fixate which also gives her a short attack speed boost. They are all stunnable.

Edited: Adacas is correct. I had not experienced another fixate before, and was going based off the ability text, which I misunderstood.

Make sure you turn in the quest right away. I had it complete and was looking at the rewards when someone started the bear fight, Gorgonna aggroed the bear and it killed her. I couldn't talk to her while she was fighting, and when she died I failed the quest.

If she does get aggroed, immediately run to the "other" Gorgonna up in the town's main building and turn it in to her.

The Elf guards are fearable, and Krenna has a bit less health than your previous foes.

Trio'd with 2 Warlocks (76/77) and an 80 Ret Pally with no problems. Gorgonna can pretty much tank all 3 of them, so all you have to do is blow down Krenna and her guards (maybe throw some heals to Gorgonna if she needs it).

I just completed this quest and went to turn it in for my reward when another group started the quest as soon as we were done. And ya, you guessed it, this caused the spawning of Ironhide who attacked Gorgonna immediately! This closed my quest turn in dialogue window and a few seconds later got the 'Mission Failed' message
They need to make it so nobody else can start the event BEFORE the quest HAS been turned in AND rewards received.

Agree with the above about needing to be quick about turning in the quests or it will say it failed. Very annoying :P

The dialogue before the beginning of the fight is classic, harsh words :P

This last fight was probably the easiest to solo. As a 79 tankadin, I hit them with avenger's and consecrated to pick them all up right away. Burned down the two adds, since they've got very low health, and then just waited out the last boss.

wow. what a joke of a fight. her 2 adds only have 12k hp so they go down in no time at all and she only hits for about 400 on a Dk with -55% physical reduction.

I just did this quest at my 75 undead warlock with help from a 80 paladin.
When we finally got to this part i saw that Krenna talked to no one. Gorgonna wasnt there.
So we fighted without her and when Krenna was dead i were able to deliver the quest....back at the place you see her the first time o.o.
Not really sure what happened, but atleast she didnt spawn were she were supposed to

To get these arena quests you have to start the questline from Hidetrader Jun'ik.. The first quest is Gray Worg Hides.
last one is Delivery to Krenna
then you should be able to take the arena quests form Grennix :)

I could solo the first 2 quests of this questline with relative ease and I solo´d the third quest (Rustblood) after 3 failed attempts with a 77 BM hunter and a tanking gorilla pet. Don't try to solo the 4th and 5th quests of this questline unless you have a deathwish or be very well prepared.

This is the hardest 3-man group questline in the game and it being horde-only could very well be some sort of statement by Blizzard.

Soloed as a ret pally, relatively easy to do because she spends most of her time dealing damage to her sister if u dont create a large amount of aggro. The fight before this one was the most difficult in the chain because the orc "hellcleave" hit me for around 2.5k per hit.

Actually managed to solo the whole quest line on my 76 prot paladin, there were a couple of times where I had to pop divine shield and my other CD's to win, but over all it went well :).

Something interesting to note about this is that if you are on a Normal realm, attacking the Blood Elves assisting Krenna will flag you for PvP.

I soloed the chain as a lv 73/74 prot pally (I lvled up half way thru the chain) This fight was extremely easy compared to the previous one with Horgrenn. I managed to defeat him on my first try and there were some moments I thought I was going to kick the bucket but I managed to heal myself back up and continue the fight. After the fight I did noticed like Xedal says above you are flagged pvp when you attack the B elfs assisting Krenna.

I got this quest at level 73 on my holydin. Prequiste quest is the silverbrook chain (kill leader, get quest drop, kill 8 worgens), then get the follow up to kill 8 worgen defenders, then this opens up at level 73.
On my server, as probably with most, only a few folks running through wrath content in grizzly, so unless you can find a guildie or a friend, this like most if not all the group quests are going to be out of the range of most people (unless you can solo elites, as holydin it just was not possible at all)

This quest line was very easy to solo as a level 74 prot pally (with a few heirlooms). I was able to oneshot the two blood elves with Avenger's Shield. All in all, Hellcleave was definitely the "challenge", even though I still managed finish him. I was disappointed; I was expecting Krenna to hit harder than him.

For some reason, the bonus damage you deal when you're a much higher level than a target kicked in. I nearly one shot her, and just finished her off.

I was level 75 through every one, but it only happened with her.

Description

You must've really upset Krenna. She and Gorgonna have had a spat and you're wanted in the pit immediately.

There are some wild rumors that it's a fight to the death! That would be bad news for you, but great news for our business venture!

At any rate, you can't run away from fate... best get in there on the quick and get it over with.
