Just head across the bridge over the worg pit. Follow the path UP until you reach the catacomb entrance, then head inside. He's just inside at the bottom of the entrance.

Once you are in go all the way down. You have to kill some monsters and he is on the left hand side past the entry way.

You can find the "Harpoon operation Manual" under the ground in a cave. You will have to Cross the Bridge and get down to the "Utgarde Catacombs".

I would say to farm the keys from the quest "prisoners of Wyrmskull", as the priests will heal you and buff you, and the pallies will buff you as well. They do decent damage for a "companion", as well. You can open the cages with keys even after you have rescued your 3. They def make questing easier in this are, especially if you're a squishie! :P

Also, the reference could be a couple things. There is a novel by Agatha Christie called "And Then There Were None", which is based off of a poem called "Ten Little Indians" http://www.angelfire.com/dragon2/mystery1/poem.html

Dont try and fly into the cave entrance, you might end up inside the wall and have to hearth to get out.

Its more like Fly in the sky and look for skull looking stonewall next to the utgarde keep. And in the mouth there is your entrance. Damn about those bridges couldnt find any that would lead to there...

Search the Utgarde Catacombs for Glorenfeld.

Description

There's no sign of the cipher on Zedd. After carefully searching the area you discover some writing in the dirt:

"Glor and Dae inside catacombs. Have cipher and tablets."

Perhaps you should head into the catacombs located just north of here and search for Glorenfeld and Daegarn. The bridge crossing the worg pit will lead you right to the tunnel leading down into the catacombs.
