That awkward moment when you find out your Rogue has to wear most of this stuff (the dress) ...I'd feel bad for the for lad if this was say, in the Wrath days where there was no Transmog.

For rogues, Belt of Glowing Embers is a decent replacement, since the belt set is int only you wont get a chance to get it while its still current content. Dropped by Ordos.

This set resembles Monk T16 normal/flex but you do not need Monk-specific items to get this look. It is comprised of Flex, Normal, and Normal Warforged items from Siege of Orgrimmar.

Helm: Sha of Pride or Earthbreaker Haromm.
Shoulder: General Nazgrim or Garrosh Hellscream
Chest: Norushen or General Nazgrim.
Gloves: Norushen
Legs: Secured Stockpile of Pandaren Spoils
Waist: Garrosh Hellscream
Feet: Norushen
