O M G 100% agi as intelect? cant wait to pvp as resto druid!

This ability REALLY doesn't make any sense at the moment, I have watched resto druids kill people in only a couple seconds in cat form. As a resto/boomkin druid its cool but I don't see why we have it lol.

This passive was made so you can atleast do some damage in catform, when doing quests, dailies and such.
Although I did notice something back in Cata (Still need to confirm if still happens)

If you go into catform in your intellect gear, and switch into agility gear, it will take several seconds for the game to update the statchanges, thus leaving you with agility from both gear and intellect for a few seconds. You have about 2 sec to do something, but having 1sec global CD as cat, you can easily do something.
In cata I had about 13k Agility when doing this on a Training Doll, I had rather good healer gear from raiding(Not complete RF gear, but perhaps a few pieces) at 4.3 and full cataclysmic feral set.

Stacking 5 Cp's up, get out of combat (Cp's stays on target), pop pvptrinket, switch into healer gear, go behind the doll, switch back to pvp gear and hit Rake -> Fero Bite and crit for about 150k I think, was what I hit for.

Rip also ticked for 20-25k, when I tried with Rip instead of Fero Bite.

Even if this still works, it wont work in Arenas, as you cant switch gear, but you can do it in duels, if you can outsmart your opponent.

I know the numbers seems extremely high, and I dont have any pic of the damage anymore, due to new pc and such, but believe it or not.

Edit Confirmed to still have a timegap between updating the stats, so this can still happen

So, I'm playing a 52 druid currently, and I can't seem to find this passive in my spellbook. I do seem to be getting the benifit, though, since my AGI jumps up when I switch into cat form.

I guess I'm just wondering where the skill in my spellbook went.

i have a 71 bal druid, i went into a dungeon using LFD, i was hitting mobs with dots and casts into the 400-1300 avg damage zone with a rare crit in low 2000 zone.

group gets into trouble, i go to cat form accidently instead of bear. i was hitting mobs for insane damage 2030+ per http://www.wowhead.com/spell=5221. it was insane, i stayed cat rest of dungeon.

i found out this passive Killer Instinct (this is what wowhead was showing a couple of weeks ago) is a hidden and not showing in spellbook and you secretly get it at level-10. i also see there is a alot of QQ on how powerful this is in PVP. bal and res druids can open in stealth wipe monster chunks of HP off a player, then pop dots, and you are pretty near done

blizzard has really robbed alot of classes of shared talents and abilities. yet they seem to overall have left 3-4 specs of druids sharing way to much. in feral spec i did rejuvs for like 5+ minutes, never dented mana. as bal spec my rejuvs are what a van-wow and BC res-druid had. in BC if a bal druid did 4-6 rejuvs they were mana wiped. all druids have bottomless shifting, in BC and prior 3-4 shifts and OOM

Blizzard needs to address the druid class/spec homogenization they have created in last 4 expacs. like they have done with other classes

i hope the boost to 140% agi to int is a joke/test for alpha testing LEGION expac only, currently for me there is no need to play my DS feral, i have feral gear, i have more power and have to use less abilities as a balance druid (2 buttons) and drop mobs with extreme ease. than when i go to feral on my duel spec and have to use tigers lust, savage roar, etc

blizz added this expacs back (believe CATA), but you did not get it until like in the level 30+ zone, this was a result of some players go onto PTRs. alpha and betas with hidden agendas, they are reputable raiders or PVP'rs that got invites from blizzard. boot, and blizz listens to thems when they claim they have to hard of a time trying to solo level as a res/bal druid, priest, res/ele shams, WW monks, H-pals then you get FOTM OP casters, that blizzard creates with either insane over healing like in MOP which took them 5-7 patch/hot fix nerfs or insane DPS in PVP from classes that aren't supposed to be DPS in WOD which is the expac blizz basiclly quit on and never fixed much. started hidding on twitter with only limited length posts allowed and ignoring their own forums.
