Which is the final link to a chain that starts with the quest What's Wrong at Cenarion Thicket.

A good reason for going through all these chains, are these nifty socketed greens rewarded from the quest Letting Earthbinder Tavgren Know.

Just to clarify, "What's Wrong at Cenarion Thicket?" can be picked up at one of three location, Horde: Tooki, Alliance: Jenai Starwhisper, or Neutral: Lethyn Moonfire. You can only accept it once, so if you get it from Lethyn, don't do what I did and /rage for 20 minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't get it in the town 9.9
