• Accept Cookie's Jumbo Gumbo from "Cookie" McWeaksauce at coords 46.6, 70.4.
• Travel south to the beach and kill Skittering Crawler.
• Loot 6 Skittering Crawler Meat from their corpses.
• Travel north to coords 46.6, 70.4.
• Turn in the quest to "Cookie" McWeaksauce.

There are crabs spread out along the beach and some in the water. I noticed that sometimes when I approached the water, all of the crabs in it would phase out and I couldn't see them anymore. I think this is because of some weird zone phasing issues. If you swim out a little deeper (I was at 32, 30) you enter the "Veiled Sea" phasing and the crabs will reappear and you can kill them for their meat.
