Took me a bit to figure out how to get around in there. There are mushroom in front of each ledge you need to get to in order to free the prisoners. Jump on a mushroom and it will whoosh you up to the next level. Be ready to shield yourself and fight. And kill the titan orb looking things with the spikes on them. They do a nasty ground nature damage AOE and send you flying backwards. Also, bring health pots if you don't have many self-healing abilities and some minor speed pots for last boss if you are a low mobility class.
Completed as Frost Mage.

There is a mushroom in the middle of the delve up high enough i cannot reach! why is it there?

Not sure if it was just me, but, the companion experience items that I received from this quest, and the other that were up today are unusable. What am I supposed to do with the rewards?
