Could someone from NA help us confirm something : Someone said it was actually 1/5 required not 5/5, he saw it appear instantly on Alts when did 1/5.
(the latest wowhead post says 5/5 campaign needed.)

This quest is offered by NPC Webster, who has two locations: one in Dornogal at /way 31.6 62.8/ and one in the City of Threads near the raid entrance at /way 39.52, 65.29.

Edit: If you cannot find Webster at these locations it's because you need to complete the first chapter of the max level campaign before the quest becomes available. Talk to Moira, look through the telescope, set up your faction's embassy, and he'll be available.

Is this quest missing for anyone else? On my main that has done all other available quests (including the 5/5 campaign), I can find webster but he doesn't offer me anything in either City of Threads or Dornogal.

Hopping in to confirm the requirements to see this quest. On my alt, I could not see Webster until I completed at least 1/5 of the Campaign (i.e. complete "Against the Current."

Seems to be that Webster can be in multiple locations? Wasn't near the raid entrance nor in Dornagol for me. He was right near by the portal for Dornagol in Azj-Kahet for me.

Despite having the story campaign done(Including A Light in the Dark), I was not offered this. However I did eventually get offered it by Executor Nizrek after completing a chain that ended with the quest "A Shot at the Top".

Take the portal from Dornogal to Azj-Kahet, and the quest giver will be there on the other side

If you are entirely blind like I am, and you are confused when you get to the City of Threads unable to find Nizrek -- look up. You're probably on the wrong (lower) level.

I found the NPC at The Weaver's Lair next to the portal back to Dornogal. He is NOT where the '!' appears on the map.

I have only completed the campaign on my main, but I have been able to see it on alts, even those that aren't level 80. I just picked it up on a level 73 next to the portal to Dornogal from the Weaver's Lair

If you've completed the campaign on your main and are trying to get to the quest on your fresh level 80 alt, you have to do the following.

1) Skip the level up campaign with Brann
I believe you'll be given a quest to talk to Brann "Something on the Horizon" when you reach level 80.

After you've completed that Brann should have the chat options:
"I'd like to join the reinforcements.
<Skip the level-up campaign>"

then

"I'll join the reinforcements.
<Skip the level-up campaign and begin the max-level campaign.>"

2) He should then give you the quest "A Time to Come Together"
A Time to Come Together
(It showed as both a purple warband quest or as a normal quest for me on my alts)

It will have you do a chain of Campaign quests:
The Fleet Arrives
Embassies and Envoys
There's Alway Another Secret
Preparing for the Unknown
Urban Odyssey

3) Webster should now appear with this quest

It seems to be fixed for alts now. A quest marker shown in Dornogal for me but Webster was not there.
I went to Azj-Kahet and Webster was waiting for me at the exit of Dornogal portal with this quest (/way 57.1, 48.8).

The quest giver seems to have 4 reported places he can show up with no information as to why this is the case, my guess is that he has been moved to a location that makes more sense lore-wise, as for 09/22 the most recent location is in the City of Threads. However here are all 4 of the reported spawn locations.

Webster was showing in Dornogal but he did not have a quest for me. I went through the quest line step by step running the commands to find out if I had completed it. As it turned out, I had already done the first few quests and I needed to visit Gut'usul to pick back up where I left off.

This quest is only optional and no longer available if you have completed “The Beginning of the End”!

You can check this with /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(82124))

After searching for a solution for about an hour, I found this in the WoW forums.

Hey there,

It is our understanding that you are experiencing some confusion on how to unlock Story Mode for Nerub-ar Palace

Unlocking Story Mode requires you to complete a short quest chain in Azj-Kahet, which begins with the optional quest “Our Chance to Strike”. If you already visited Executor Nizrek and picked up “The Beginning of the End” and completed that one, you will not be able to take the optional lead-in quest “Our Chance to Strike” anymore.

You may also experience further confusion if your War Within story campaign is not progressed far enough on this character, as noted by several Wowhead comments in the “Our Chance to Strike” quest page on Wowhead

Please complete all of the quests in the chain and you should be able to unlock Story Mode and fight Queen Ansurek on Story Mode difficulty in Nerub-ar Palace.

If you're unable to see Executor Nizrek to hand in the quest, you need to complete the Plans within Plans part of the campaign.

Be wary of the command that Wowhead provides on this page to check if you have completed the quest or not "/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(83587))" I wasted 20 minutes because it was returning false indicating that I had not yet completed it just to eventually realize I had "The beginning of the end" in my questlog which is the next step so I obviously did complete this one

I see alot of different solutions, so this is what worked for me - when none of the others above worked. I had searched far and wide in the world, doing every tom-tom coordinates and the NPC was nowhere to be found.

I was already on the quest chain without realizing, but when I ran the script from this quest (Our Chance to Strike), it said false. But when I ran the next in this quest chain (The Beginning of the End) it said true. So I ran till I found what quest I needed to do (till it said false again). This took me far too long to realize, and maybe it will help one of you. If you have purple triangle quests available, that you know you havent done - do them and it'll sort it self out.

Ok lots of misinformation here. This one is simple. The only requirement is to be Level 80 and do a Skip quest to talk to Webster.

Fresh level 70. I leveled entirely to 80 with mining and Herb so i did absolutley zero quests what so ever. Once 80... Brann offers you a quest in the delve headquarters. take the option to SKIP the questing.

At this point Webster will NOT be at the location everyone keeps looking for him in Azj-Kahet.
Instead he is just outside the hole to the ringing deeps still in Dornogal.
Do the short quest chain (about 10 to 15 minutes and you will get the quest to kill the queen. Thats it.

He probably moves down to Azj-Kahet after you actually do the story. On my first level 80 i did the entire store and he was down there.
But for alts there no need to do any questing.
