The last group of Arathi survivors is up the stairs to the rear, 36.92, 54.80.

If, like me, you're using handynotes, the last group of survivors is hidden under the blue skull icon for Grimslice on your map; to the east, at the top of the stairs.

If you're like me and love lore, check in with the NPCs first.

I wanted to save them for last, but after you come back from the survivors, only Anduin and the General have available dialogue options.

Alleria and Faerin just have their same dialogue with no option for further dialogue. :c

Don't know if this was the same for others but found it funny that three Kobyss where standing right by the other Kobyss corpses by the quest givers. They where not interactable and just stood in idle animation.
