After completing the previous quest in this questline, I've went back to try getting Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains, and was unable to find the questgiver after checking/verifying the completion of both this and the previous quest and that this one returns "false."

I found the npc at 56.3, 76.0

I've completed the wind totem placement, but it won't allow me to inform her.

Well it's not freeing Gul'dan, but helping the recalcitrant 15 year old create elemental chaos so they can sneak out after being grounded seems like another of those questlines which couldn't possibly be a bad idea.

Hard to imagine why she was grounded & being watched.

Hi all

I present You Storyline Initiate's Day Out. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Ohn'ahran Plains which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1. A Disgruntled Initiate - Quest start from Windsage Ordven 63.13 34.13. Go to see Initiate Radiya 56.28 75.93.
2. Sneaking Out - place 3 totems: /way 56.65 76.21 /way 57.35 76.31 /way 57.03 75.47, then speak with quest giver and fly 54.81 66.41.
3. Favorite Fruit - First get 6 Wild Bushfruit 54.06 71.05 then fed 6 Lounging Mudstomper 53.92 65.74
4. A Promise Is A Promise - First speak with Initiate Radiya then go 52.06 63.21 and finish to Godoloto white bird.
5. More Adventure Than Expected - First go 51.07 62.14 to speak with Godoloto then go 47.50 54.22 speak with Initiate Radiya in tent.
6. Stealing Its Thunder - Go cave 47.57 56.00 and kill 3 Storm Extractor then go out 48.35 56.60 to speak to Lizi.
7. Sneaking In - Return to Initiate Radiya 56.20 77.03 in Ohn'iri Springs. That finish storyline.

Description

I'm grounded indefinitely! Doesn't my Ohn know I'm turning sixteen next spring? I should be able to leave when I want to. You look like you could help me out. I do have an escape plan: by channeling these totems, I'll concentrate the air and create quite a stir. But I can't go around placing them, because I'm under maximum wind watch. Even Togo won't help me. But with your help... Please! I promise I'll show you something cool.
