If you complete this quest in a party and you do not see Draka to turn it in, drop group and Draka will run up the stairs again. You can then turn in the quest to her and pick up the next quest "Victory in Our Name".

I present An Army of Bone and Steel Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 10 Quests. To start it You need to have 47 Renown.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 The Chains of Command	Start Quest from The Primus 62 26 and You need to go to Maw to see Baroness Draka 62 66.
2 Gates of the Damned	"You need to Summon 4 Death Gates. /way 67 65 Death Gate to Bastion in bulding /way 67 55 Death Gate to Ardenweald /way 62 51 Death Gate to Revendreth /way 66 49 Death Gate to Maldraxxus"
3 Weapon in Hand	Slay Weaponmaster Hyrev 62 56 to get Dra'gora.
4 Clip Their Wings	Use Mawsworn Chains to kill Flying Helsworn Soulbreaker. Mawsworn Chains is droping from mobs on ground.
5 A Job Done Right	Press on Necropolis Beacon 68 52 cinematic and use skill 1 ( don't press 6 xD ) kill mobs on ground until 100%.
6 Bending Bars	Slay Ironkeeper Salryx 65 48.
7 What Maldraxxus Does Best	Slay 10 Mawsworn in upper Desmotaeron. Use extra bar spell ( is taking a lot of dmg )
8 Forsworn and Forgotten	Pick Up This Quest from Fallen Disciple Nikolon 65 46 and is autofinish. You need to free 5 Forsworn Prisoner Use extra bar spell ( is taking a lot of dmg ).
9 A Traitor's Due	Slay Baron Vyraz 62 41 after kill cinematic will start.
10 Victory in Our Name	Return to The Primus at Korthia. Use Death Gate to Korthia 61 40 to get there faster. After finish this quest you will get 1 Renown and 2 Ziggurat Focusing Crystal.

Baron Vyraz has 930k HP and you need to solo him. Even if you see other players around, Vyraz is phased for each of them. Fight is fairly easy, but still took me almost 9 long minutes to finish the fight.

Edit: it seems that there's some buff that you should get or an extra action button placed on the screen that should one-shoot Vyraz. If none of these happen, try to reload your interface.

I turned up to kill the Baron and he didn't activate. Left the area, walked down the stairs and this triggered the scene to continue, with him becoming active shortly afterwards.

I got to him and he wouldn't engage so I dropped the quest hoping to start fresh at that point. Now I can see the ! on the map but not the NPC to get the quest back from.
I'm phased out, just an FYI if you're considering doing this.

If neither Thrall or Draka engages Baron Vyraz - try to pull him to them. This one isn't funny to solo - spamming buttons for minutes.

OK, here's what worked for me.

If it's taking too long to kill Vyraz, it's because you didn't get the Primus buff.

Abandon the mission, log out at stairs and log in again. NPCs will appear with the mission.
Take the mission near the stairs and when the dialogue starts, you need to be on the platform, near Thrall and Draka.

With the buff, it's easy to kill him in a short time.

After the end of this fight you turn in the quest and a portal is given to you for Keeper's Respite. Then you can talk to Draka and hear the heartwarming exchange between her and Thrall.

You need to wait for the RP to get done before attacking Vyraz. Wait till the Primus gives you Death's Champion then attack.

Edit: I thought this was true, I did this on 3 toons and it worked fine. Then I did it on a 4th and the Primus gave the buff to Draka and not me, the fight took forever! Just some more bugs from the overpaid developers at blizzard.

Do NOT stand on Boon of Helya! It performs a knockback, and if you're standing on the back of the platform (like I was) you WILL get knocked off! I found myself on a ledge unable to get back, and to make matters worse I fell into a crevice and had to use the "unstuck" option which teleported me to Orgrimmar. Then I had to travel back to the maw and claw my way through mobs to get back to the quest. NOT A FUN TIME.

Vyraz has been a constant thorn in Maldraxxus's side since he betrayed us. As Baroness of the House of the Chosen, it is my duty to see this threat eliminated... and the murder of Margrave Krexus avenged. As the Primus said, we must remove the head from this snake. The time to strike is now!
