To complete this quest you need to present your potion to Margrave Stradama.
The quest is pretty simple - interact to both left and right anima catalists and then to potion chamber.
After a scene Rune of Adroit Ingenuity appears in front of cauldron, collect it and turn in the quest.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 The House of Plagues	Start quest from Baroness Draka 50.3 67.7 You need to go to see Plague Deviser Marileth 56.4 57.4
2 Bug Bites	You need to pull out Stringy Spore to get Stringy Spore. do this quest together with Spores Galore.
3 Spores Galore	Collect 6 Bloated Venom Sac is drop from Virulent Pest.
4 Slime, Anyone?	First press on Cauldron of Creation, Jar of Venom and Pile of Spores after that press one more time on Cauldron of Creation you will get Plagueborn Slime.
5 Hazardous Waste Collection	Collect 6 Laboratory Equipment to get them you need to press on Plague Refuse then will come out Plagueborn Slime after few sec on top of them you can pick up Laboratory Equipment. This quest do together with Plague is Thicker Than Water and Applied Science.
6 Plague is Thicker Than Water	Kill Korrim the Cunning location 62 62.9
7 Applied Science	You need to find 4 pages: Marileth's Journal - Page One, Marileth's Journal - Page Two, Marileth's Journal - Page Three, Marileth's Journal - Page Four they droping one by one from same mobs Plaguedoused Remnant, Diseased Remnant and Infectious Monstrosity. All 3 quests you return to same place to Plague Deviser Marileth 58.2 71.7
8 By Any Other Name	Defeat Blossoming Dreadshade to get Dreadshade Extract is located 58 80.1 Then go to Plague Deviser Marileth 60.4 71.7
9 Fit For a Margrave	First place 2 Anima Catalyst on sides then press on Potion Chamber then listen to the conversation after all pick up Rune of Insight.
10 Fathomless Power	"Fly to 50.4 67.8 stand on blue mark on ground and use Resonate ( when you will stand on blue martk extra bar with this spell will appear ) to Empower the Rune of Insight then speak with Baroness Draka to finish storyline."

Blizz why couldn't you just have a quest reward that would heal or damage depending on the target? Although I'm in holy spec, while leveling I need to boost my feeble dps as much as possible, while still healing through dungeons.

I got a randomly upgraded version of this with +28 Stat and dealing 2138 damage with it's proc.
