Currently bugged with a D/C issue on the Beta.

If you escort the quest npcs or run ahead to the quest objective, you'll get D/C'd as soon as the phase change triggers and come back to the quest progress being reset.

Instead start the escort by talking to Lady Moonberry, then go afk for 2-3 minutes until the quest is flagged as complete. After that you're safe to continue.

If you're arriving at the marked area and don't know what to do, just wait for them to catch up to you. They'll arrive eventually.

Turn on music for this quest. Seems they intentionally left out dialogue on this escort to let the song breathe.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 The Forest Has Eyes	Kill 6 Possessed Spy. To find them use Eyes of the Forest ( will be on your extra bar ) on small purple fog.
2 The Droman's Call	Use Droman's Hunting Horn in 3 location Horn Sounded at North Road 60 48.8 - Horn Sounded at West Road 58 55.4 - Horn Sounded at East Road 62.2 55.5
3 Missing!	Go to Hunt-Captain Korayn 56 57.7
4 Enemies at the Gates	Go to Droman Aliothe 60 53.2
5 Battle for Hibernal Hollow	Win the Battle for Hibernal Hollow. First kill 20 mobs then speak with Droman Aliothe then will be animation. after kill Lorkron the Hunter.
6 Dying Dreams	Speak with Lady Moonberry and start your escort Ysera's wildseed.
7 Awaken the Dreamer	Travel to 45.3 61.8 Then Movie will start.
8 The Court of Winter	Speak with Winter Queen and wait until the conversation is over. Then go to Heart of the Forest to speak with Winter Queen 49.3 33
9 The Queen's Request	Return to Oribos to speak with Tal-Inara 48.8 60.8 on top level. That will finish This Storyline and you will reach Awaken, Ardenweald.

If you're doing this on an alt: Yes, you can run ahead to the end point. You just have to wait for the rest of the caravan to catch up.
