Hi all

To Start this Story line You need find Azsharan Medallion, this is droping from mobs on World Quest Naga Attack! ( on all of them ). After you will get Azsharan Medallion you will start storyline.

8. His Eye Upon You Reward from this Quest is Twitching Eyeball.
9. Crucible of Storms: Relics of Shadow To finish first they need to open Raid ( stil locked :( ).

You find it in the cave, the cave is at sea level, entrance is at 51:13

When first entering the cave, wait a few seconds for Xal'atath to appear and accompany you or you won't get credit.

If you're distracted and Xal'atath *poofs* before you accept the next quest, you can find her again up near the cave entrance, just where the minimap shifts from cave to outdoors.

It seems you cant get the next quest while being in a raid group.

Entrance to the cave in Vol'dun is at 51.8 13.4. It is at sea level, above the waterline, a big but hard to notice opening in the cliff face.

To obtain this quest you need to find an Active World Quest: H/A: Naga Attack

Note: obtainable at level 120*
Note: Final quest gives Quest related to complete and kill boss inside the raid. (Reward?)

How do i obtain the QUEST?

Find World Quest Naga Attack in Kul Tiras or Zandalar
Keep killing NAGAS Until the quest item drop (70% drop chance).
Once done go to your main Tortollas Headquarter and countine questline.

Note: Will be using (Alliance-Links) as Guide Line (below).

Quest Part ONE: The Azsharan Medallion.

During the WQ: Naga Attack - Kill Nagas until you loot Azsharan Medallion.
Deliver the Azsharan Medallion to your Alliance/Horde Tortollan HQ.

Quest Part TWO: Orders from Azshara.

Find the altar.
place the Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire on Altar.

Quest Part THREE: Every Little Death Helps.

Go and slay around 10-14 Nagas and your done.

Quest Part FOUR: Unintended Consequences.

ALLIANCE:.. Take Flight Path to Anyport.
HORDE:..... Take Flight Path to Anyport.
Mount and run up to the road, Head left (north).
Soon enough you see abit of a Ruin wall, head in there.
Find the Void stone, Kill Xal'atath, Loot Orb, Turn in Quest.

Note: If you cannot do anything, Just wait a moment since someone just did the event before you (takes max 3min to reset).

Quest Part FIVE: The Tempest Crown.

Go to Vol'dun.
Mount up and run near the Coast, all the way up to the Hyenas.
Once you are entering the very first Hyena pack, Head toward left you see a Mountain-cliff block.
Jump down into the water/beach, you will see a small kinda Cave Entrance.
Head inside, Kill the big CRAB, Turn in Quest.

Quest Part SIX: Twist the Knife.

Take Flight path Mildenhall Meadery to Stormsong Valley at the cordinates "83.8, 47".
Find the NPC: "Xal'atath outside the raid entrance, Speak to her.
Enter the raid (Solo-Scenario).
She will ask you to Place 3 items, Void Stone and Trident of Deep Ocean aswell Tempest Caller.
After that she betrays you, also initiates a Tiny Video-event.
You recived the Gift.
Return to Boralus, Find Brother Pike at Harbourmaster Office, hes behind Quartermaster NPC-lady.

Quest Part SEVEN: His Eye Upon You.

Leave Boralus, Head to Stormsong Valley.
Take Flight path: Mildenhall Meadery, Get over toward the bottom side of the east Isle, Follow road up.
Speak to Brother Pike, He will start Infuse your body and remove the Curse.

NOTE: Reward: Toy, Twitching Eyeball

FINAL Part EIGHT: Crucible of Storms: Relics of Shadow.

Find a Raid Group NM/HC/Mythic - or LFR, just anything you like (Scroll down for release date).
Kill the final boss and you have completed the quest, Congratulations.

if you abandoned the quest after killing the add, you can pick it again in Tiragarde Sound (close to Freehold fly point)

Don't just run down in to cave at 51.8 13.3 in Voldun and kill Toatana, like i did. Land at entrance to cave, and wait for Xal'atath to appear and talk to her. Then go down and kill Toatana

Description

<Xal'atath breathes in deeply and smiles.> My strength grows. I can see it clearly now... the third relic we seek. The crown known as Tempest Caller. How fitting that after the fall of Atal'Gral, the gluttonous Toatana would be the one to find the artifact. He was always scuttling about the depths, seeking treasures for his collection. Toatana's greed has left him trapped within a cave he can never leave. The crown awaits us there.
