To find Chemist's Notes travel to 75.2 50.7 spot, there's a table and notes are on the it.
Raw Azerite Sample is north of notes, can be found in a urn next to a table. Coordinates are 74.8 50.1.

Quest giver is flynn. the mark on the main map is a bug, and doesnt show up on mini map. if you got to the part when flynn is drunk/sick or got into/already did freefold, you already did the quest. idk what chapter of the achievement that this quest is apart of.

The Azerite sample is a pain to find (if you don't have addons with coordinates). Additionally, I had to wait a while for it to respawn.

The way to the sample is to find the Chemist Notes and turn around (about 170 degrees clockwise). Go straight ahead until you find a small set of stairs. Go up them and go forward to the table (slightly to the left of straight ahead). The bag with the sample will eventually spawn if it's not already there.

You have to find 2 items Chemist's Notes and Raw Azerite Sample.
Chemist's Notes is in the south part of the town under the open building close to the bridge.
Raw Azerite Sample is on the table west of first building.

I like the swagger of these new NPC's, like Flynn Fairwind. Men leaning against doorways or lampposts, like Humphrey Bogart or James Dean.

This has got to be one of the laziest quests in Battle for Azeroth. You just walk up, take the stuff, right in front of Ashvane NPCs who do absolutely nothing to stop you. Oh, don't mind me, I'm just going to take some of this incredibly valuable Azerite from you.

They could've at least given us an invisibility potion or a distraction bomb, just to make it feel like we're actually stealing something.

Description

Bridgeport is a major trade hub for this area. Naturally, Ashvane has offices and workshops here. Check around town and see if you can learn anything about this new material and how they're using it. If you can lift a sample for us to send back to Boralus, even better. I gotta stay here and keep an eye on someone.
