To find Shandris Feathermoon you have to travel to 42.2 39.7 spot.
After talking to her go to 39.9 43.6 spot, there's a horde camp.
Use povided Invisibility Flask and crawl into the camp to listen to Princess Talanji

If you are a rogue, don't bother applying stealth after drinking the flask. It prevents the event from triggering. I spent some time wondering when it would start before I relied on the invisibility potion alone.

Find Shandris Feathermoon then use Invisibility Flask to sneak up to horde camp an listen to Princess Talanji.

Despite what she says about it having a limited time, the flask has unlimited duration. No rush! Spend all day listening to the Horde if you like.

It says the flask makes you invisible to "almost everything", but I was unable to find anything that could see me. The invisibility only disappeared when I left that zone.

Don't go in with an active pet or they will kill your ass.

As a hunter, I had to dismiss my pet before I could get the flask to stay applied... It would keep saying I was in combat, even though I wasn't, and if I feigned death, I could apply it but a few seconds later the effect would disappear and it would say I was in combat again.

So, dismiss your pet :)

So if I can understand these horde while they're speaking, why can't I understand player horde when they speak?

All the powers I have obtained, yet I still can't understand a troll :(

They forgot that demonology warlocks have a talent that constantly summons imps, imps that don't gain stealth and that get you killed every time. Damn, I hate blizzard sometimes.

I drink the potion before approaching the entrance of the ruins, and they attack me anyway. I die almost instantly. Other players are just walking around inside the ruins like nothing is happening. Clearly I'm doing something wrong... what is it?

So, I kept trying to go into the camp, and getting attacked. You can just go up to the outside wall to trigger the event.

If you're already in stealth when you use the flask, it will knock you out of stealth and out of shapeshift form. All the trash will aggro on you and kill you.

This Quest is complete and utter lore BS. Rohkan is a Shadow Hunter. He would see through even the most powerful invisibility magic easily. Just another example of how Blizzard had to shoehorn any "victory" the Alliance had to try and make the story of BfA make sense for their narrative end. And it still doesn't make sense even after all of that.

Use your potion of invisibility. Go to the entrance at 39.38 41.69. If you go the entrance on the other side, you'll get smashed and they'll make you feel bad...lol. So, as I said, go to the entrance at 39.38 41.69. You'll see some steps. Go up the RIGHT side of the steps. There is a pather you need to watch out for, but it's easily avoided. Make your way around the pile of urns/clay pots in the center of the area. Walk up to the meeting area until you are close enough to trigger the event. That's all there is to it. Hope this helps.

The dialogue paused for me after "bruddah, I be outrankin' ya" until I walked out of the meeting area and back in again.

I just finished this quest for the first time, and as a primarily Horde player, the Horde NEVER aligned with the San'layn. I don't even recall seeing them in any quests we did during BfA in the first place. Weird storytelling.

Meet Shandris Feathermoon outside of Zo'bal Ruins.

Description

We're in luck. The missive details a meeting in Zo'bal Ruins between Talanji, Rokhan, Areiel, and Blood Prince Dreven. This is our chance to gain more intel on Dreven and his next move. He killed our soldiers in Vol'dun, it's time for him to pay. Meet me outside of Zo'bal Ruins. We're going to sneak into the ruins, listen to their plans, and decide what to do next.
