While it might appear that the quest is bugged at first, as of the time of this writing (Alpha 8.0.1.26433), the Venerated Remains can be picked up by falling onto the box.

You need to find three things:

Reclaimed Bijous can be found at 45.7 60.4 spot, near the wall at the top level.
Grimoire of the Other Side is located under the big tree, coordinates are 46.8 61.9.
Venerated Remains is located at 45.8 62.4 spot, it's very south point of the top level.

Dey will answer to Bwonsamdi soon enough.
