There is an Extra Action Button which allows you to control the Hand of Fate, just in case an add-on you have blocks it from showing.

The extra action bar did not show for me until I was in combat, so I died twice trying to figure what they did. There are three buttons, 1,2, and 3 on the action bar. The first is the Uppercut of fate. It seems to kill skeletons in front of you. The second is the Beckon of Fate (sp?) with which you jump up and create some sort of platform thing which destroys all around. The third channels heals to the scroll. If you don't use this soon enough the action bar disappears and you die. Also, when you finish with the 50 skeletons the action bar disappears and you are left facing whichever mobs are left with only your normal skills. You will probably die. Good idea to get to the edge of the zone just before you get the final skeletons so you can skedaddle.

Use extra action button, and kill mobs in the area with 2-nd ability.
Try to relog if you can't see extra action button, but you can also try to just use
/click ExtraActionButton1

Probably a "take that" to some of Illidan's more well-known Legion quotes:

"Sometimes... the hand of fate must be forced."

When he opened the portal to Argus. The 2nd spell on the Hand references this.

The second ability is also a reference to the age-old game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors".

"MY DESTINY IS MY OWN!"

The ring reward from the quest. Enough said.

Survival hunter level 120 ilvl 300, really can't do this quest, as the skeleton army around the summoning blood circle instagibs me and doesnt let me summon the hand........ I've even tried pulling only one at a time (which is impossible), and seeing as the graveyard is 600 yards away and the respawn timer is so low, I can't die over and over and eventually get to the summoning circle.

Anyone else struggling?

This quest is relatively easy. You will find it on the top right hand corner of Torga's Rest. (Looks like a giant turtle on the map) You accept the quest from Kisha. After accepting the quest, click on the scroll of fate's hand on your screen. You will be turned into a hand. From there you proceed to destroy 50 undead along the Blood coast. It is extremely easy to complete this quest. I used beckon the hand of fate on mobs and uppercut of fate on the single bigger undead. It is an easy quest but cool to be turned into a walking hand. After the quest is completed, the hand will transport you back to the npc to turn it in the quest. The npc will not be in the same place as when you accepted the quest at the start. I love him. I loved being him. And you can keep the Addams Family vibe alive with your own battle pet version!

Tol'vir Archaeology can create Crawling Claw which gives the battle pet Crawling Claw ... and apparently it plays 'rock paper scissors' with any other Crawling Claw that gets close. (Time for me to go do some Archaeology!)

Description

I got some good news and bad news for you about this whole quest to destroy the herald of G'huun. Bad news first. There's an entire army of skeletons between us and the next area. I'm guessing they used Torga's blood to animate them. Good news is that scroll you recovered from Holbruk can summon the powerful Hand of Fate. ...and the bad news is that the scroll got damaged when Holbruk died and is only good for one more use. Meh. Take this scroll and destroy that skeleton army!
