Turn back (left from entrance and go upstairs)
Guardian of the Rites on the second floor to the left
On the oposite side of the stairs there is a small door
Move strait all the time and follow the corridor
Guardian of the Dead in at the end of the corridor, in open
After that go upstairs to find turn in Npc

You have to find and slay three guards. All of them are inside the temple behind the quest giver:

Guardian of the Tombs can be found at 55.8 32.8 spot, just right after you entering the temple.
Guardian of the Rites is located on the second floor, follow the stairs left of Guardian of the Tombs, coordinates are 56.0 32.0.
Guardian of the Dead is located outside at 56.0 34.6 spot, go through the passage in south wall and proceed until you spotted it.

I wonder if I'm the only person to get lost doing this quest?

After killing the last of the 3 mini bosses "Guardian of the Dead", turn left (looking from the door you came through to get to him) and go up the stairs to find the quest giver to hand off the quest too.
Bottom of the stairs up to quest handin is at 46.07, 16.71
Do NOT jump off the edge, searching for more chests, as you'll need to come the whole way through this area to get to the handin area. (Thankfully, most of the mobs have a low aggro radius - so you can just walk through most of it without fighting)

Going right, after the "Guardian of the Dead" brings you through to an area that had a chest for me.
This is where I started getting lost and spending ages searching for the handin.

Spent SOOO long trying to find the quest handin, the map seems to indicate he's on the lower level - but he's not!

Guardian of the Tombs: I had a tough time and found out the hard way that I had to kill the Crimson Cultists 1st since they are feeding the guardian with Blood Magic.

Is it just me or is this really hard to solo at 120? I'm popping every cooldown and I still died one on one of the guardians, even as a ret pally.

For those of you having a hard time, here are a couple of tips:

You can pull the cultist without pulling the Guardian. It will help you a lot regarding the damage you take.
At the Guardian of the Rites on the second floor, you can use the "shrines" at the opposite wall of the guardian to buff yourself. I could select two which would:
1. Grant you an absorb shield when you go below a certain threshold with your HP.
2. Give you a damage-boost which will chain to other mobs as well.
You can have only one buff active at a time as far as I know.

This took me forever to find:

Finding all the guardians is fairly straightforward. Once you get to the Guardian of the Dead though, don't try to jump down to go back to the beginning: keep going past him, go to the left, and up the stairs to the quest turn-in.

For some reason, this turn-in location is really confusing. Probably because Dazar'alor is a literal maze.

Zandalar is the last zone I did and this is by far one of the hardest quests I've come across so far... I died twice before I had to come here to figured out to kill the cultists first. The last one will trigger aggro from the Guardian. He also summons skeletons which I don't think anyone mentioned. Good luck :-)

This quest is horribly buggy right now. I died several times because the Guardian of the Tomb just kept healing to full.

Bugged?
As a rogue I sapped a cultist and managed to pull one cultist at a time to make it manageable. However, the Guardian just reset and re-spawned all his cultists again.
Very frustrating. I'll be ignoring the quest-line until I'm geared enough to take them all at once.

Guardian of the Tombs is bugged. It could be a summoned mob in the wall causing the issue, but it keeps resetting its health to full if you let it stand where it is spawned.

Simply drag the golem away from the wall, out near the stairs leading upwards and it should die properly.

Extremely frustrating as a level 111 balance druid... very first guardian, I killed all the cultists first, then started in on big dude. Pulled him away from his "spot" toward the stairs and got one add, which I took care of. He summoned some skellies but I kept at it and killed off most of his skellies and had him down to between half to 1/3 health.. and he ran back to his "spot" and reset all his health. I tried to go at him again but he kept summoning more and more skellies, and yeah, I was overwhelmed. Needless to say, I did not survive the encounter.

Has anyone figured out how to avoid "Enveloping Shadows" from Guardian of the Rites? The other guardians I can get past, but the enveloping shadows ALWAYS gets me on Rites. I even had him down to 1% health but then I died and he reset! Frustrating beyond belief! And all I'm trying to do is unlock the damn WQ on my alts! I've gone through this stupid quest run 4 times now and it's never any easier!

You need to pull them away from their spawn point a ways or they will keep evading instead of dying.

Yes, I found this out after killing the first one 5x.

This quest is the perfect example of how badly Blizz destroyed the classes before this expansion. I'm level 119 on my alt (Windwalker Monk) and it's literally impossible to complete this quest. I've given up on this character entirely since it's either the class being absolute trash (probably the case) or the quest itself is bugged (very possible). In any case - a perfect example of how awful this entire expansion has been.

had the same problem with the first Guardian (to the right, just in the door).

Dropped the quest, logged off, logged back on and picked up the quest again, problem gone.

1st Guardian - Kept him in his spawn spot to try and not have him fully heal and was able to finally kill him.
2nd Guardian - Kited him down the stairs a bit and was finally able to kill him.
3rd Guardian - Easy. No troubles with him.

REALLY hard quest as 112 shadow priest.

As a 118 guardian druid I found this quest impossible. I'm in heirlooms, but as a tank, I would not have expected this amount of trouble. I died six times and gave up on Rites. He's just ridiculous.

After attempting to kill the Guardian of the Tombs about four times because of his buggy resetting, I asked if anyone was willing to give me a hand. Got someone in a group and killed him in about 10 seconds.

Basically, you should kill him before he can reset.

Is this Quest still bugged? I dont have an "voice of Pa'ku" ability. I just get mobbed by skeletons even if i kill them first he just spawns like 2 times as many.

Finished the quest fine. Cannot get to/find quest-ender. Can see the ? on the map, but cannot reach him. I'm lvl 17 btw.

I could be wrong, but the NPC for turn-in possibly patrols, hence why your (?) will not make sense. At the time I found her, she was standing at the base of the steps of the highest pyramid, beside Hexlord Raal, at 46.2 : 13.1. I was on my priest and used Mind Vision to see where she was.

Okay, I know dis situation is serious, but she gave you de power of her loa? Sounds to me like Loti is more big on recruiting than on dealing with dis blood troll threat.
