Xeth'tal can be found at 58.6 53.0 spot.
Magraloth located near a fel lake at 55.6 56.0 spot.
Kar'aaz located far west, coordinates are 49.5 57.8.

Slay Kar'aaz last, because npc to turn the quest in is nearby.

You need to kill 3 Elite. Best is start from right Elite Xeth'tal and finish on Kar'aaz to have close to finish Quest Turalyon Will be loacted in in another place.

During this quest you can do as well Prisoners No More any way you need to do them both and you finish them in same place.

The last line of the quest text says,

The chieftain lent us his horn. Use it to call down his people's vengeance upon the demon lieutenants while I carve a path to Aggonar's lair.

This ability, Summon Ridgestalkers, appears as an additional action button in the middle of your screen.
This ability only works when you are near one of the "Annihilan Lieutenants"
These are:

Summon Ridgestalkers remains on your screen until all three elites are dead. Clicking on the ability while you're not in close-proximity to those NPCs gives you the error text "Requires Annihilan Lieutenant".

Too tough to solo as Windwalker with iLevel 790. There you go. None of the "it was easy to solo" pose posts rubbish with me here.

ARGUS campaign second chapter DARK AWAKENING.

In the chain of missions of the ARGUS campaign once the PROPHET VELEN meets with the CHIEF HATUUN and they discuss, the HIGH EXARK TURALYON arrives to calm them, then the HIGH EXARK TURALYON asks us to walk with him to the outskirts of the KROKUL REFUGE, a Once that was done, I had two missions available, the first is THE CAPTIVE IS OVER and the second is THE DISSIPATED THREAT, I only did the first (THE CAPTIVITY IS OVER) but the second I could not take because the mission log was full, therefore I only did the first one and I thought that later I could take the second mission (THE DISSIPATED THREAT), upon completing the mission called THE CAPTIVITY IS OVER I went to the outskirts of the KROKUL REFUGE (where I would suppose that the HIGH EXARCH should be TURALYON) to look for HIGH EXARCH TURALYON to let me take his second mission called THE DISSIPATED THREAT but he was not there, instead he was on the THRONE OF ANNIHILATION where he let me complete the mission called THE CAPTIVITY IS OVER but I no longer had the mission called THE DISSIPATED THREAT available and it just stands there to give me a simple dialogue and I get stuck in that phase of the campaign, I ask you for the favor in the most attentive way that you can help with that, thank you very much.

Steps for reproducing the issue: 1) Have the mission log full.

2) In the part of the ARGUS campaign where PROPHET VELEN and CHIEF HATUUN meet again, speak with HIGH EXARCA TURALYON so that he asks us to walk with him to the outskirts of KROKUL REFUGE and that is where he will give us two missions, a call THE CAPTIVITY IS OVER and the second called THE DISSIPATED THREAT.

3) Accept ONLY the first mission (CAPTIVE IS OVER).

4) When completing the mission called CAPTIVITY IS OVER, we must go to the THRONE OF ANNIHILATION where the HIGH EXARCH TURALYON will be waiting for us so that we can complete his first mission.

5) The HIGH EXARCH TURALYON will no longer have the mission called THE DISSIPATED THREAT available and therefore it will be impossible to continue with the ARGUS campaign.
