At 73.26 at broken shore you will see a small broken ship go there and you will get an extra button skill to blow the horn

You need to stand behind the broken ship, just next to the pile of debris to blow the horn.

After you first blow the horn in the shipwreck, you need to find the 3 portals nearby and use the horn Extra Action Button again near them.

One portal is to the east, around 82,29, near where Duke Sithizi
One Portal is along the strand to the southwest, around 67,36.
One Portal is in the cave (entrance at 66,34) where Eye of Gurgh usually spawns.

Does anybody know a good way for me to get the sound of the horn being blown? It sounded really cool, lol

This is still one of the most memorably awesome little moments of Legion, when the kvaldir walk grimly out of the water in that moment (see screenshot here). So fantastic.

Blow Helya's Horn and direct the kvaldir to destroy the three Legion portals.

Description

You empowered Helya's Horn in Helheim, and now is the time to use it. I have located three Legion portals we should eliminate. Seek out the vrykul shipwreck on Felrage Strand. Call the kvaldir and have them do what they do best: destroy!
