I was having trouble getting credit for killing Corrine the Devout. I think it's just because I was killing her too fast (before she could transform properly). So if you're having trouble then try killing her more slowly.

Felfire Cavern entrance located at 30.3 56.1 in Faronaar.
Corrine the Devout can be found deeply in the cave next to fel well.
You also can hold your dps if killed mobs dont count to the quest.

Tried to do this while an Azsuna Assault was in progress and Corrine was dead when I got to the back of the cavern and I waited an hour and Corrine never respawned. Not sure if it the assault bugged it or what was going on.

ran this once with class hall follower and end npc was 'already dead'. went back to quest giver, logged out, unassigned follower via mobile app, then ran it again. she was there..

Okay so even after the most recent hotfix I was still having trouble getting Corrine to spawn. I waited for like 45 mins, then tried a different series of things and none worked.

Finally I did manage to get her to spawn by:

-Went back to the quest giver and abandoned the quest
-Received the quest again
-logged out and closed the game
-logged back in
-did the quest over again and this time she was spawned (thank god)

NOTE: Do not burn her, give her time to transform into the large demon or you may not get credit for the kill.

Hope this helps those that are stuck.

If Corrine will not spawn, abandon quest/relog will not work (at least it didn't for me and a few others).

Using Server Hop (addon) however worked. Set it to Party 1-4 and jump around until you find her. Worked on first try for me.

If you're doing the quest at 110+ make sure you dps Corrine nice and slow. If you go in too hard she'll die before she gets a chance to change into demon form. If that happens you won't get the kill credit and you'll have to wait for her to respawn.

At level 114 as affliction I dotted her to the max and she melted too fast. Second time round I only applied corruption to gently tick her to death and that worked fine.

Take off your Heart of Azeroth, Crucible of Flame/BotD procs will one-shot her.

if you have a bodyguard follower and you're doing this at max level, you must remove them, as they will one-shot her, breaking the fight.... SUCH A PAIN to have to go to Dalaran, disable the follower, all this messing around.... ugh.

If you don't get credit for killing Corrine, you can use Soft Foam Sword to take her down to 10% health. Wait for the demon to hit you once, then nuke it. Job done! Kill confirmed.

Description

The lure of Kanrethad is strong. Even when not in this world, there are those who wish to be near him at any cost, hoping to share in his power.

A group of these fanatics are here in Faronaar, working tirelessly to bring Kanrethad back, I've learned as much from my prisoner.

We cannot let them succeed, <name>. Find their compound and kill as many of them as you can.

I will remain here and see what else I can learn about their intentions.
