After completing this quest, you need to hit 8000/12000 reputation with The Nightfallen before you will be offered the next quest The Perfect Opportunity - which will be offered by First Arcanist Thalyssra.

Some side-quests are still available - check if you have done this one A Different Source (which I hadn't when I stumbled upon it at 6700/12000). Gives no rep, but it is something to do :)

If you get lost in this long quest chain, do not fear. You basically need to know, 'Have I completed this quest?'. If you run any one of these macros, it'll say 'Yes' or 'No'.
Yes = Yes you've completed that one.
No = that's a quest you need to do.

The first macro tests if you've completed the first '4' quests or so. If it says Yes in /say to all the quests, congratulations you've done them all and move onto the second macro. If it says all yes again, move onto the third and so on until you reach a NO. When you reach a NO. You know which quest you need to do:

To all those Pet tamers there, you need to do this quest, to finish the Blood and Wine part from Good Suramaritan to unlock the World Quests for the Tamers Varenne and Aulier inside Suramar. I know that Suramar questline may seem too long to do on more than one character, but if you really want to speed up things on Family Familiar you'll surely need more characters able to battle with them, as they are part of the achievement.
Suramar questline up to Blood and Wine isn't that hard, at least you don't have to do the Rumor Has It awful quest on any subsequent toons, from a subsequent questline.

So, if Thalyssra dont want to give you other quests, check out your standing with nighfallen. If you arent 8000/12000 at least — welcome to world quests / leyline finding.

I had to do the The Waning Crescent storyline, starting with the quest: "Thalyssa's Abode", before I could even get the "Moths to a Flame quest" from Valewalker Farodin ( He's in Shal'Aran right next to First Arcanist Thalyssra. His Coords for Tomtom users: /way 36.8, 46.6 Farodin ) Hope this will help others, since I was totaly lost on how to even get this quest.

Haven't seen anyone else mention this, but personally I was unable to turn this quest in until I fed Thalyssra (the daily where you feed her ancient mana). Before doing that, it kept telling me "you can't do that right now" when I tried to turn in And They Will Tremble. Logging out and back in didn't fix it.

The Moths to a Flame quest did not appear for me until I had completed Thalyssra's Abode. I also completed Thalyssra's Drawers because it was on the way (not sure if it is required).

Description

There will be consequences for what has transpired this day. For now, you should return to Thalyssra. Tell her that we have avenged Margaux and that the Dusk Lily has announced itself to all of Suramar. There will be many more deaths before this is over, rest assured, but this is a death that will teach others like Durant to tread more carefully in the future.
