I think Consolidating Power world quest will be available for you after this quest. Because here you recruit Sylessa, Cyrille, and Lorin and then you use them in Elite area.

Durant does not appear in the garden. When you cross the bridge to the garden from the commons he is in the building on the left, part of the entry arch to the garden. Stay inside the bubble of assassination, its a protection not an attack.

Guys i completed this Quest on Stormscale EU Horde on the 02 september 2016 and i did not receive the Auto mana holdings increase of 3k i submited a ticket and a GM has opened this issue as a new bug as it has not been reported before has anyone else had this issue you might not of noticed i only did as it was the last one i needed for the achievement.

I, too, completed this series, and have gone over the mana cap several times, I did NOT receive the reward to get my cap extended to 3000, it was more like "you get to have 200 more mana added to your maximum." Should I open a ticket? They need to fix this if this is the way the quest is supposed to work!

The NPCs are surrounded by elite mobs who will spot you and kill you in one hit. At least Lorrin is. I kindly warn everyone so that they don't end up unexpectedly frustrated. You WILL die.

Just another underhanded gold sink on Blizzard's part.

It took me a minute to find Sylessa, because I assumed she was inside the building that the marker is on/around. Rather, I found her sitting behind said building, kneeling next to the waterway at 47.6, 77.2.

Lorin was standing 2 feet away from a non-patrolling, illusion-detecting mob. My class is Death Knight.

It seemed impossible, until through creative angling I was able to yank the mob Paranormal-activity style into a nearby building and discretely kill them in there without pulling anyone else. Then I could talk to Lorin.

I'm stuck on Lorin in this q, with the guard in his circle range covering this guy, as a cloth wearer, I just die too quickly aggroing the guards. I keep hopping in the basket, but it doesn't do you much good as that too is in the circle range. Not sure how to get around this one, looking here for suggestions. I've tried most here. Even suicide run. Blizz needs to tweek this a bit. I am so over Suramar City

Kind of silly how Cyrille says "I can see why Arluin put his faith in you". We had to pay him 800 mana and run errands for him and he did nothing. Doesn't take much "faith" to do that.

There's an Inconspicuous Basket just inside the door on the right as you enter to assassinate Durant. Hit him once to start the fight and your new rogue friends will appear and engage. Hop into the basket and let them finish him off.

After the three contacts are made, the easiest way to Durant is to jump in nearest canal and head toward his mini map spot. You can get to rt outside the door of his building by jumping out of canal at the bridge over the canal. You can highlight from the water way edge a three way sign saying Terrace of order to the rt (when mouse over), Lunastre lane to left and the sign pointing rt at you says Evermoon commons. He is alone in the building to the left after jumping out of waterway on the left.Waterways , I find, are the best shortcuts for avoiding guards.

TO TURN IN QUEST, Once again the waterway worked great. I was able to do a "float around" to get to turn in with no encounters at all. Head to main body of water and turn rt and follow along edge of the streets to avoid any trouble.

Description

While you were out, I asked around. You are looking for Overseer Durant. Turns out he lives near the Shimmershade Garden. I can help you confront him, but you will need help. There are three individuals with the necessary skills, and they serve our cause. Tell Cyrille that the owl hoots at dusk. Inform Lorin that the saber prowls the plaza. Mention to Sylessa that the cruel caskmaster has breathed his last. They will know what to do. Speak to Vanthir when the deed is done.
