This npc has repeatable quests to work towards finishing a Hunter Class hall quest. You need 100 supplies. Each repeatable quest takes 5 supplies, therefore 20 quests. The 3 quests are to turn in
5 Big Gamy Ribs
5 Highmountain Salmon
5 Silkweave Bandages

I found it easiest to collect the big gamy meat from the hillstriders near Nesingwary's Retreat in Highmountain. I was able to farm 80 in ten minutes.

Just got 11 Big Gamy Ribs to hand in from a Butchered Meat, from the Butchery Enchant, seems like a useful way to speed up the grind as a pose to the 1ish drop a kill I'm getting atm.

No big deal early on in the expansion, just a ton of supplies that would yield hundreds of gold on the AH for a quest that rewards 35 gold.

An option to hand in more than 5 of an item at once might be nice, just to avoid the 20 quest completion clickthroughs.

Not sure why blizz has a quest turn in dialogue box for this NPC that does not "auto-open". It is frustrating to have to click on the NPC 20 times to turn in the quest, when most other quests like this have a dialogue box that auto opens so you can turn in multiple quests with less clicking. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Great way to get some easy experience points/levels for champions with the Bodyguard trait. 20 turn ins and every one counts as a completed quest and gives experience.

Before you start, obtain 100 Big Gamy Ribs or Highmountain Salmon or Silkweave Bandage.
I guess, Silkweave Bandage is best choice to craft / buy

Easiest way, IMO, is to collect the big gamy meat from goats near Nesingwary's Retreat in Highmountain. I farmed 50 in like 7 minutes.

Make a macro to speed this up:

/click QuestFrameCompleteButton
/click QuestFrameCompleteQuestButton

In first line the number stands for the reagent:
1 = Big Gamy Ribs
2 = Highmountain Salmon
3 = Silkweave Bandage
Change it to the one you have collected.

Right click on Meliah Grayfeather and 3x your macro.

Big Gamy Ribs can be dropped from Pinerock Elderhorn, Soothoof Hillstrider and Sated Hillstrider at Nesingwary flight point.

don't make the mistake I did of ignoring this quest as an unimportant waste of resources, seems it's actually essential in getting a new champion and unlocking the third relic slot in your artifact weapon

Please don't repeat my idiotic mistake.
I did prepare 3 lots of 100 of each item and rushed to Meliah Grayfeather.
When I finished with the 100 Silkweave Bandages, the quest was completed and I remained with 2 lots of unneeded items :(
You need only 1 lot of your chosen contribution, not all 3 types !

After completing In Defense of Dalaran a quest will show up by your artifact altar to empower your weapon with a 3rd relic. Hope this answers people's questions regarding the hunter's campaign for the 3rd relic.

SOMETHING THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT MADE CLEAR....Please upvote as I am 100% positive I am not the only one that went through the trouble of obtaining 100 of EACH....You are only required to turn in a total of 100 total supplies between the three options. Yes, the quest itself, "Aiding Our Allies" says 0/100 Supplies given and several of the comments hint at only needing 100 of any or a combination, but even so, if you are tired, drunk, or not thinking straight for WHATEVER reason, it would be really nice to have this spelled out as I am in this comment. Really wish a comment like this existed AND WAS HIGHLY UPVOTED before I turned a bunch of silk in to bandages...

1. As others have mentioned, the goats and elderhorn near Nesinwary's is the best place to farm. 90 in under 10 minutes, fast respawn, most drop 2 ribs per kill.

2. For those of us with carpal tunnel, have fun if turning them all in at once, since you can only turn them in 5 at a time, for a total of 60 clicks.

FYI, since nobody said it outright: the item turn-in NPC is in Highmountain, at coords 35.11, 44.27 (give or take), at Skyhorn, not in the Lodge itself.

The turn-in macro posted by Bursi stopped working for me in 9.0 prepatch. The first line was the culprit -- this works:

Click the NPC, then press the macro 3 times. Adjust the 1 in the first line per the original comment if you want to do salmon or bandages instead of ribs!

As of 2022, legion is old content so just go buy the item in the auction house, done quickly.. don't bother farming ribs or salmon.
