It doesn't matter which zone you pick, you will get to do them all eventually.

1. A Conjuror's Duty
• Accept the quest, A Conjuror's Duty, from The Great Akazamzarak at coords 81.2, 59.4 (Hall of the Guardian).
• Click on the Scouting Map, and choose which zone you would like to begin questing.
• Turn in the quest to The Great Akazamzarak.

This is a breadcrumb quest and NOT mandatory for the class hall campaign. If you can't complete it, just abandon it and just fly to the zone you like and pick up a quest marked on the map.

Well, I didn't know about this place until I had gotten friendly with all the zones. There are no regions for me to pick, so I cannot complete the quest. Guess I'll just abandon it.
