Idol of the paw is on the same floor as Brawlgoth. The idol close to the questhub is above the questhub. Don't waste your time searching at the questhub. The last one is behind Atissa.

The idol of the Claw is on the same level as the bridge right next to a closed door and a small treasure chest.

Idol of the Claw
Path starts at 51.67, 44.77 - go up the stairs then turn left and go straight until you reach the idol at 53.47, 45.4
Idol of the Paw
Go up the stairs at 55.51, 44.51, there you'll see a Brawlgoth rare, turn left and run straight, the idol is behind a column with two rocks around it, at 56.29, 46.2.
Idol of the Moon
There is a building behind Brawlgoth, the idol is inside the building at 55.79, 48.78

Here's another approach for those without coordinates.

From the Crumpled Temple head to the ruins along the main path. As soon as you see the words "Ruins of Nar'thalas" on your screen you'll see a staircase. Nightwatcher Thaldrys is stationed near it. Go up the staircase and follow the curving corridor which leads to Idol of the Claw. Caution: it looks like the yellow circle for this item is near Olothil Starlance. It isn't. He's at ground level. If you're already at that location, leave and turn left on to the path. The stairway will now be to your left.
Once you have Idol of the Claw go down the stairs and turn right on to the path. Head toward the ruins. You'll be running past Olothil Starlance. Continue along a sort of path until you reach the first staircase. It's large and curves left. Head into the temple occupied by Athissa. Inside the temple take the circular walkway to the right to find Idol of the Moon.
Leave the temple and walk to the right. Nearby you'll see two Hatecoil Riptails throwing spears at a citizen suspended on the wall. Near the Hatecoil Riptail on the left you'll see a couple of large boulders. Walk between the boulders and the wall and you'll find the Idol of the Paw.

You have to find three idols located across Ruins of Nar'thalos area.

Idol of the Claw located at 53.5 45.4 point. When you cross the bridge before Ruins, there are the stairs right from it at 51.5 44.5 point. Follow them up and go straight, there you'll see Idol of the Claw next to a wall.
Idol of the Paw located behind the broken columns at 46.3 46.2 point, follow the stairs up from 55.5 44.2 point and find it out behind the ruined pillar.
Idol of the Moon is located behind Athissa npc in the temple, entrance is at 55.5 47.2 point.

Mages, keep an eye out for Eternal Guardians (harpylike wraiths). They don't do abnormal damage but that Kevlar underwear makes them a lot harder to kill. Takes about twice as long as all the other Hatecoil. You will need to tangle with Athissa to get the Idol of the Moon. Be prepared to jump around because she will drop fixed-location traps on you but she is unfortunately immune to Frost Nova, so it will be a melee fight. More annoying than difficult but some LOS issues to make your day all that much more interesting.

Description

In order to grant you my mark, <class>, I must first be made strong enough to come to your aid should you need it.

Within the ruins of Nar'thalas, my idols sit dormant. As I've said, I'm not strong enough to get them myself.

But you are strong, I can sense it. Strong enough to take on those honor-less naga who plague my home.

Find my idols and return them to me. Do this and I will grant you my mark.
