Deliver the quest to Dusk-Seer Irizar at 43.94, 48.84

I returned to Veil Terokk before speaking with Dusk-Seer Irizzar, and happened to open the dialogue bubble that appeared when I moused over Shadow-Sage Iskar. For some reason, I was able to deliver the quest's peace offering to him instead of Dusk-Seer Irizzar and the quest status was changed to "Ready for turn-In". The chat window then gave Irizzar's scripted reply:

Dusk-Seer Irizzar says: You bring this strange gift and helped those in Skettis... yes, I think we can come to an arrangement. The shadows cover much.

Doesn't appear to have had any adverse effects, but submitted bug report anyway.

The Horde's secret weapon of diplomacy: Cactus Apple Surprise. You're right, Galgar; it IS our best shot.

Also...Galgar got a serious armor upgrade and level boost since the last time I saw him. Way to go buddy, making all those newbies run around the Valley of Trials for you finally paid off!

It looks like you will either pick up Peace Offering OR Befriending the Locals since both quests are listed under chain step 1. and both lead to the same person: Dusk-Seer Irrizar.

Upon turning in either of those quests, he will then offer you chain step 2. A Lack of Wasps

If your still looking for him, head South along road from quest giver, you will approach a fork in road (at a large tree), take left path, there is a path to left almost immediately, take this path and head almost East on it, there are Bonespine Ravagers around this area, just ahead is Dusk-Seer Irrizar.

(Alliance) If you have the Peace Offering quest start marker on your map in Southport, but you can't see a quest marker on the local map nor any NPCs with quest markers over their heads when you go to Southport, walk into the building where Milly Osworth is, and she'll have a quest marker over her head. The same thing will happen for follow-up quests. This threw me off for weeks!
