To get to him without aggroing anything, go to 83.3 52.8. There you will find a narrow path upwards that leads to a rare mob area. Once you've killed the rare (or run past the sword that spawns him) just jump down to Lantresor's hut.

After doing this quest he will be outside of Wor'var and you ca get him as a follower.

He could be an automatic epic follower, as ive had him 3/3 now with epic.

Have to do "More Lazy Peons" before this quest opens.
To get that one, you have to get the initial Nagrand starter quest "The Might of the Warsong". Sorry I don't know how to link quests yet.

They Call Him Lantresor of the Blade and They Call Him Lantresor of the Blade start a quest chain to gain
Lantresor of the Blade as a garrison follower.

After completing Challenge of the Masters or Challenge of the Masters, you can find Lantresor of the Blade
ouside your FACTION Zone Headquarters:

For HORDE, he is outside of Wor'var (on a mound near the roadway) at
/way Nagrand:Draenor 82.6, 46.8 Lantresor Follower (HORDE)

For ALLIANCE, he is outside of Telaari Station (standing next to a tree) at
/way Nagrand:Draenor 64.3, 59.5 Lantresor Follower (ALLIANCE)

SUGGESTION

For players working on catching up ALTS, especially from NEWER expansions, there is a simple way to bypass some or all of the Zone Outpost questlines to get to the ZONE of your choice.

For example, say you want to obtain Lantresor of the Blade for his Mining Ability, you can get to Nagrand and your outpost there to more quickly obtain him.

You do need to FINISH your starting zone questlines for your faction, including fighting The Battle of Thunder Pass or Strike While the Iron is Hot.

After that is completed, when you go to Gorgrond to meet Durotan (Horde) or Vindicator Maraad (Alliance), instead of completing the quest with the NPC with the yellow "?", look for another NPC nearby offering a quest (yellow !) which sends you BACK to your GARRISON. That quest will be News from Talador OR News from Talador.

Go back, complete THAT quest and take the flight from flight master to the next zone. Repeat the process of taking the quest sending you BACK to your garrison INSTEAD of actually starting the Outpost Questline for the zone.

CAUTION: the process is a bit more complicated for Spires of Arak. In THAT case, you will need to go (preferrably fly) to the location where your OUTPOST would have eventually been found after a long tedious questline. Skip the questline and go to
/way Spires of Arak 40.2, 43.5 Axefall (HORDE)
or
/way Spires of Arak 40, 61 Southport (ALLIANCE) Alliance waypoint location is ONLY approximate... my Horde alt did not get that close!
Pick up the "News From... " quest and return to your garrison.

Once you have done it for all the zones leading up to Nagrand, you will be able to simply fly back to the zone of your choice and work on the outpost in that zone.

Since Nagrand is the final zone with an Outpost Quesline, you will not be looking for a "News From... " quest.

Complete the lead-in quest depending on your faction:
Taking the Fight to Nagrand or Taking the Fight to Nagrand for Alliance -OR- Taking the Fight to Nagrand or Taking the Fight to Nagrand for Horde and accept the next quest from that NPC.

That will be either The Might of the Warsong -OR- The Might of the Warsong and the respective turnin locations are
/way Nagrand:Draenor 63.4, 61.8 Rangari D'kaan (Alliance)
and
/way Nagrand:Draenor 82.8, 45.0 Thrall (Horde)

Note that you are NOT required to complete the Outpost in Nagrand before you can obtain the Lantresor of the Blade Follower.

Find Lantresor of the Blade in Hallvalor.

Description

The garrison blueprints were taken to the Burning Blade village when the Warsong sacked your caravan. I can't construct this building without those plans.

There's been talk of a young blademaster who's been exiled from the clan for many years. They call him Lantresor of the Blade.

Our scouts recently saw him return to Hallvalor to challenge the blademaster leadership. Instead, they clapped him in chains.

Maybe he's still alive. Maybe he'll help you recover the blueprints?
