Took me a while to find this cave. In the end it was pure luck of falling into it that did it. ^^
Don't bother going to the actual locations north on the map that are shown as a cave. That's not where you have to be.

Iceblister Cave is just a hole in the ground and the best way to fall into it is to go in a straight line north from where you picked up the quest.
When you're at about the same height is where 'ravine' is written on the map, you should find it.

Iceblister Den is an underground cave; entrance is at 54, 29.

If you haven't' already go ahead and complete "The Restless Spirits" before heading back to turn this in.

When you turn this in you'll gain Shadow Hunter Rala as a follower.

Completing this quest unlocks Shadow Hunter Rala as a follower for your Garrison.
You must complete the quest the two other quests he offers and the quest that Shadow Hunter Mala gives before this one will become available.

You also have to complete the quest "Frosted Fury" from the NPC next to her, Shadow Hunter Mala, before recieving this quest.

And don't forget to use the poison. Make sure extra action bar is enabled.

I did this quest with another player who was there, we were not a group, the other player struck first, I still got credit for killing Grosh.

The poison's debuff on Grosh stacks. So if you're doing this in a group, or Grosh is still alive when the item's cooldown resets, use it again.

Just in case anyone had the issue I had, I thought I'd share a helpful little tip. Once you enter the cave, an extra action bar should pop up that is just an icon of the poison to use on Grosh. This did not pop up for me, so I wasn't sure exactly why clicking the item in my bag wasn't doing anything. So I ran because I was getting my butt whupped.

A helpful note is that Grosh will literally chase you all over the entire zone. And no one will help you. At all. Not even any NPCs. So resistance is futile. Just do yourself a favor and die near a graveyard.
Or, you could try the logical approach and not engage him until you get your button to work, possibly by leaving the cave and re-entering it if your item doesn't appear as an action button. Not sure if this will work since I got smashed into a pulp and couldn't test it, but after I rezzed and walked back in the cave, there it was. Hopefully I spare someone else a horrible, painful death by ogron!

Find Iceblister Den and then slay Grosh the Mighty.

Description

Eh boss-mon. Time for us to be huntin' the real prey now. To the north, there be a cave. In the cave, there be right mean ogron dey call "Grosh the Mighty." That ogron got a big stash of pillaged hides and leathers we gonna be needin' for the troops at the garrison.

I made a special poison from the stuff ya gathered. Dis be a magic poison, and it gonna put that ogron down to sometin' a bit more manageable.

Take these vials to the cave and see if ya can't win us a treasure.
