quest is exactly as it says to go and talk to her (she is stood on the end of the pier by the pond, at the valley of farmland),
you interact with her and then she tells you to meet her back at the wagon on your farm..
it takes her about 15 minutes to fix it and then off she goes.. you don't need to do anything at this time whilst she is working away, so run around kill stuff grab a drink and hey presto 15 mins later you have 4 more plots available.. (Growing the Farm buff will be shown and a timer)

FYI,

When you do this quest you have to remain online for the 15 minutes for her to fix the wagon, you can leave the zone, but if you go offline the timer gets suspended and restarts when you come online again.

You will have this buff: Growing the Farm and a timer showing how much time is left for the wagon to be gone.

Might save you some confusion and hassle if you log out and expect it to be done later when you come back online.

Worth to mention this quest becomes available right after you reach revered with The Tillers, Farmer Yoon will ask you to go to Fish Fellreed.

Iam Revered now with the Tillers and got the mail from Farmer Yoon but he wont give me the Quest, am i doing something wrong ?

For squishy folks like me it is easier to get the planks from the 'shelf' part of the lake rather than aggro all those crab on the lake floor. You can time your AOE attack so that the large Grouper are out of range and save yourself having to take those on too.

Tip: Do NOT delete "extra" planks if you have an overflow after collecting 100. If you delete the smaller extra stack they will all disappear. You'll have to actually restart the quest by talking to the Fish Fellreed. Learned the hard way. ;)

This quest is part of a series of three quests that expand your farm.
Each quest adds 4 more soil patches.

Growing the Farm I: The Weeds (Available when you are honored)
Growing the Farm II: The Broken Wagon (Available when you are revered)
Growing the Farm III: The Mossy Boulder (Available when you are exalted and have collected all the votes)

Word of caution, LFD, LFR and LFS will reset the timer as well. So, your options are doing dailies, or staying put and watching her work at that cart.

For those of you wishing to skip the 15 minute period on this quest OR any of the 'Growing the Farm" quests, simply join an arena match and promptly leave. The buff will be cleared and the additional plots of farm will be available!

Speak to Fish Fellreed at Cattail Lake or the Halfhill Market in the Valley of the Four Winds.

Description

Hey <name>. I've been looking at that wagon every day, day in and day out, since the day I moved in. Quite an eyesore, don't you think?

I heard in town that Fish Fellreed is quite handy with tools. She might be able to fix it up, and then we could turn that patch of land into a plot for farming.

Why don't you talk to her and see if she'd be willing to do the job?
