Drat, I was hoping there'd be some info on this. I'm in the same boat. Standing on the question mark and no one to turn it in to. The quest wording mentions planting a flag, but there is no flag to plant, either. The next quest in the series wants us to bring an axe to General Nazgrim. I've gone to Nazgrim, but don't recall taking him an axe yet. :p Any help here would be very welcome.

Just checked out the next quest in line, and I did do that quest. The weapon is laying there on the ground with a question mark over it, so you pick it up and are sent out to return it. I'm thinking it's a bug that keeps the quest from completing.

Currently bugged as of August the 6th.

1) After the cinematic there's no way off the ship besides jumping.
2) The quest does not continue in any possible way.
3) Occasionally the cinematic retriggers and the near death debuff is reapplied.

I accendentaly fell off the ship without turning in the quest... is there a way back up?

Ok, I had this quest in my log and took a long break. I just came back to find I had the question mark, but no way to turn it in. This worked for me.

Go to the bank in Org, Valley of Honor. Fly up over the bank, past the mountains and look for the ship. Get on it. Abandon the quest. General should immediately have the quest for you. The cinematic will begin, quest chain restarts. Boom!
