"Me and Frostillicus go back a long way. I used to share a bathroom with Frostillicus. In fact, I got a real funny story about that! Actually, it's not so much funny as it is long."

Frostillicus is a Simpsons reference, episode 4F24. Jasper "cryogenically" freezes himself in the Kwik-E-Mart freezer so he could see a future where robot wives were cheap and effective. Apu decides to make money off of the frozen man by calling him "Frostillicus" and charging admission. The above quote is from Abe (Grandpa) Simpson, who stood by the exhibit and rambled as he is wont to do.

Also, part of the quest completion text is: "Whenever the wind whistles through the trees, I will always hear your name." I think this is a subtle reference to yet another Simpsons episode, "Bart the Lover". Bart's final letter to Ms. Krabappel states: "Any time I hear the wind blow it will whisper the name... Edna."

Description

The Frostmaul giants wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for that damned Frostilicus. When the ground shook and the bridge broke, he and his fellow water elementals seeped out of the earth and took over the bottom of Frostwhisper Gorge, forcing the giants out.

Damn you, Frostilicus!

You would do me a great honor if you would send him back into the ground, <class>. You will find him to the south, at the bottom of the gorge.
