The Scourge Bone Animus is in the tower itself...its the pile of bones on the ground!

Run in throw the bomb in the hole quickly then get back outside and AoE down the mobs that follow you. Don't try to fight them inside because they respawn immediately after you kill them, and could overwhelm you if you're around level 34-36.

If you're a hunter command your pet to the opposite side of the ramp you are going to run up so all of the skeletons attack your pet not you.Then just wait 2 or 3 seconds (for them all to attack the pet) then just run inside and simply blow up the Scourge Bone Animus.

I was caught by a Opengut Behemoth chain grab and pulled away from the skeletons, so had to fight it off leaving my pet swarmed. One of my pets was killed but on a second attempt with a good tanking pet (eg. a bear) they survive long enough for you to destory the Scourge Bone Animus.

dumbest quest i've seen in a while. also why do these quests give less gold than the alliance equivalent? isnt it enough that their leveling zones are far superior to hordes, they have to get 3x the gold for their quests as well?

Description

Araj the Summoner is bolstering the Scourge defenses with simple skeletons... an army of weaklings that will overwhelm you before it overpowers you. He has assembled animi within Andorhal's northern towers that spew these skeletons out at an alarming rate. But I've got the solution!

<Jearl passes you a handful of grenades.>

Their function is simple. Throwing these grenades at a bone animus... or, for that matter, a mob of skeletons... will reduce them to splinters.
