The NPC's you are required to kill are underneath the giant turtle, not inside!

Entrance is 40,44 , on the northeast side of the shell from L'ghorek on the map.

Big ogres(as you might notice by the names). they are channeling at a tentacle each UNDER the big ugly thing(L'ghorek)!

From Promontory Point you will just swim straight down towards the head of the turtle and go under it into a cave opening - you will see all three ogres there as well as the mobs for the quest:Fiends from the Netherworld

I may be the only one who was tripped up by this but the tunnel is y-shaped and all three (ogres?) are in the same cave. This may just be a problem if your view distance settings are set to low.

Swim direttly down to the bottom from the quest giver. There is a cave that you must enter to complete
this quest.

Ur'Goz should be the first dude in the quest of "Unplug L'Ghorek" that you take out. The serpent leg behind him will disappear after you kill this guy off and then Sku'bu, the next dude will be the next guy you take out farther into the cave. Hope this helps.

To answer Dentainia's question, the turtle is the humungous thing above the cave. If you look on your map you can clearly see the shell and legs.

Go to the coords, swim down to the ocean floor and turn your toon towards the cliff face, walk straight ahead and you'll walk into the cave.

The screenshot was what helped me - WoW tells you you're in the Undershell in several places that are not helpful. From about 2:00 on the L'Ghorek circle, go down, down, down (follow the tentacles) and the cave entrance is at ground level well below the shell.

If you find the cave entrance at the base where Ur'goz is, both the other NPC's needed for the quest are in the SAME cave... in the back.

As you can see from other comments, yes, this quest wants you to go underneath L'Ghorek. The three persons are located in a cave (35.9, 42.6) inside. Three mages are controlling tentacles into the ancient. Ouch? o.o

Each of the ogre magi are at giant tentacles, which makes them easy to locate. They use different magics (if you're interested in using specific resist methods such as an aura).

Ur'Goz spams Frostbolts.
Sku'Bu spams Fireballs, with an occasional Firebreath.
Neph'Lahim spams Shadowbolts.

For melee, please note that they do not pull unless interrupted.

Be sure to loot them and move rather quickly, as they respawn very fast!

Don't go inside... rather go beneath it. I went into the trench in front and followed it in... at first I thought it was right under, along the shell somewhere, but you have to go into the trench and go way under, approx 39,43.

This cave is located directly underneath the head of the big turtle-like thing. Follow his beard of tentacles directly downward then turn until you see the dread beasties and voila.

They are big ogre warlocks inside cave on seafloor causing big tentacles to jiggle inside the ancient creature L'ghorek.

The quest giver is hanging out near the surface at 42.7 37.9

Description

L'ghorek is the ancient that rests upon the shelf across from us. It is being controlled and its life energies slowly consumed by something immense beneath us.

There is a cave known as the Undershell down below L'ghorek. In that cave are three powerful ogre magi that are maintaining a ritual connecting the thing below with the ancient. You must kill these three to disconnect L'ghorek.
