For Horde, run out the main gate of Org and make a left. Stay close to the wall and you'll see 3 NPCs hanging around a pile of boxes. Run near the boxes and they'll toss you one.

For druids, don't try to cat form dash cos once youve changed form, you will lose your disguise...
I got too excited when this mage blinked and so I went and cat form'ed... stupid me

To deliver the quest just return to Detective Snap Snagglebolt and run close to him to hand in the package. I tried to stop by cancelling the disguise and I lost the package too :(

Mages can use blink while on foot in disguise.

Rogues can use Sprint while disguised.
Engineers can use Nitro Boosts while disguised aswell.

Demonic circle works for warlock. Also note you run constantly but can remain running in place if you have something obstructing your path. Using this combo I was able to run in place on the perch above the original mailbox just up and to the right above the bank in Orgrimmar (but below the roof) using my free fall cloak and demonic circle combo. Then accepting disguise again and porting back up. For certain it was worth a good laugh on the LLane server this morning.

Take some time and enjoy the cosume before completing this one...no hurry and can be repeated over and over

Worst description, and placing, of a quest objective on a timer ever.
Failed the first time as I couldn't find anything. "Outside Org" is a big place

I'd just like to point out that you were given every opportunity to succeed. There was even going to be a party for you. A big party that all your friends were invited to. I invited your best friend the Perfume Package. Of course, he couldn't come because you gave him away. All your other friends couldn't come either because you don't have any other friends. Because of how unlikeable you are. It says so here in your personnel file: Unlikeable. Liked by no one. A bitter, unlikeable loner whose passing shall not be mourned. 'Shall not be mourned.' That's exactly what it says. Very formal. Very official. It also says you were adopted. So that's funny, too.

The Crown Guard is stood at 47, 11 - that's directly east of orgrimmars south gate.
Or in other words, as you leave Orgrimmar take a left and follow the wall, they are stood right by the wall.

after you leave the gates turn left and follow the wall, youll see a group of undeads with boxes. They'll give you the box when you get close.

You can't stop running. Turn left outside Orgrimmar gates and follow the wall until you meet the undead guards at 47.7, 11.8. They will throw you the package if you are in the disguise and you have to run back to the quest giver before it expires.

When you leave Orgrimmar, hug the large wall as you turn left. The Crown Supply Guard will be there and toss you the needed package. Coords: The Dranosh'ar Blockade (47, 11).

Your goblin-costumed self will start running toward the Drag. Turn around and run to the FRONT gates of Orgrimar. Immediately after you exit the gate to the outside, make a hard left and run along the city wall to 47.7, 11.9 where you will see a smallish pile of crates right against the wall guarded by three guards. They will throw you the crate as you pass close in front of them. Its very obvious when you have the crate, since you will see yourself carrying a large box.

You go outside of orgrimmar and it's to the left along the metal wall. right up against it. You'll see three undead guards and a pile of boxes. You should get the box automatically and then run back to the quest giver.

Since there are no posts yet...

It took me a second to figure out where these guys were. There are in fact crates/supplies right out side the gates (of Orgrimmar) but they are not for the event. If you take a left outside of the gates and stick to the wall, the suppliers for the event are tucked in nicely along it. I just ran by and got the crate thrown on me. Fellow guild members have stated that they had to click on the NPC, but I did not. Also, you will want to run back right away since the buff is only 2 minutes long. I made it back to the quest giver with 2 sec left.

Hope that helps, at least until someone posts something better.

Not much to go on from the quest information. Found from another site that you need to run out the gate, turn left (east) and follow the wall until it bends a little. The middle guard tosses a package and you hightail it back to Snagglebot.

HORDE:
When you get the costume you turn into a constantly running goblin. Head out the front gate of Org, immediately turn left and follow the wall to where the Org wall meets the rock wall. In that corner there are some undead guards that will throw you a ~~companion cube~~ supply crate.

I really don't get why this quest dosen't work for me, I run past the crates but they dont thow it to me. I dissmissed my pet cuz i thought it might be him, but it still dosent work. Any Ideas?

Apparently this quest is bugged atm. Some can complete, some can't. I was not getting the crates tossed to me so I opened a GM ticket. I shortly received this standard response:

Go out the southern gate and head left after exiting.. Follow the wall till you see the three gaurds and they will throw you a package.

Immediately after you talk to the questgiver, he will give you a buff that turns you into a package runner that lasts 2 minutes. Run out of the trade district and out the front gates of Stormwind and take an immediate left and follow the wall a short way. You will see some goblins and some crates with hearts on them. Run by them making a loop around the crates and the Goblins will throw you a crate. Don't stop! If you stop they will see through your disguise. Run back to the questgiver to complete the quest. If you don't make it in time, you can talk to the questgiver to get another buff.

Exit out the front of Org, then turn left and follow the wall. You will receive a package that you just need to run back to the quest giver.

When you go out the main gates, go to the left by the rocks. Go directly there, because your disguise wears off after a few minutes.

The NPC you get the package from outside Orgrimmar is Crown Supply Guard.

I was going all over the place wondering where the hell I was supposed to go when I looked it up here and used /tar to target the npc I was supposed to go to and found out that it's tucked away in a corner, hidden in a place nobody would otherwise look at.

For the record, Demon Hunters can use their Glide ability while still maintaining the disguise. Sadly, I didn't try Infernal Strike.

In 7.1.5 Pilfering Perfume appears to be, for some players, bugged. On leaving the gates of Orgrimmar, even before I turn left, I phase out of the World Event Crown Chemical Co. phase, and other players on the same quest disappear.

While I am level 100, this is an alt on which I've not yet started the Legion questline, it's the only thing I can think of that's different on this alt.

I've had probs with this on several lowbies. When they get out to where they get the crate hand off, it doesn't happen. I go around and around, up and over, through, up against, and I don't know what is the key that causes the hand off, but several times it's cost me the completion. I need a beer. Update- just did this again and so far on other alts this holiday it went smooth, but now had to run around and through the group outside the gate 5 or six times before I got the crate. Made it back ok.

I was having problems with phasing so run to where the quest map marker is on the map, the run back and fowards towards the wall of SW (so it puts you back into SW phase) then once you can see them again and are close to them run at them so it will throw you the package before they phase out.

This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.

While disguised as a package-runner, go to the Crown Chemical Company's stockpile outside the gates of Orgrimmar, then return the package they toss you to Detective Snap Snagglebolt in Orgimmar.

I knew they were up to no good! There's some sort of mind-affecting chemical in here, but I can't get a handle on it with such a small sample. I need the real stuff. Don't just go over there and buy it! I don't want you giving these scumbags one copper. Nah, you gotta get it from the source, discreet-like. I'll disguise you as a package runner. I saw a stockpile guarded by their goons outside the gates. Go run by, and DON'T stop, or they'll make you! They'll toss you a crate. Bring it back here.
