To be able to start this quest, you must first complete all of the Mor'shan Front quests which lead you to the Warsong Lumber Camp quests which you must also complete, which take you to Splintertree Post.

The chain quest that Draaka/Durak gives you is the one that allows you to take this quest.

This really helped me out getting the bow for my twink rogue. If you are confused, do all the quests from M.Ramparts in N. Barrens to the Warsong Labor Camp which takes you to Splintertree Post. Once there, only do quests from Draaka (the person on the catapult looking thing) and Durak (in the mine). Once you finish the imp quest, you can start All Apologies.

This woman, Draaka, she be needin' ta take care, she be playin' with powers she not understand.

<Vol'jin studies you for a moment.>

This Durak, I be feelin' bad mojo about this one and me instincts be rarely wrong.

For some reason, the dialogue upon completion (at Vol'jin) refers to Saurfang...

"This woman, Draaka, needs to mind her step. She plays with powers she cannot possibly understand.

<Saurfang studies you for a moment.>

Quest becomes impossible to complete after the broken shore scenario is completed, as all NPCs you could turn the quest in to are gone.

Edit: Not sure if it was fixed, but I actually found him inside Grommash Hold today and was able to turn in the quest.

I would love to read the contents of Draaka's Confession... Sounds like she really threw Durak under the bus. I mean, sure, he's bad and all. But I still would like to see what was actually written to prompt that kind of response.

This quest is bugged. You can click the NPC to turn it in, but no window opens.

For anyone doing this currently, if you have started anything to do with the BFA intro questline that leads into Zulda'zar then you will have to finish/skip (if an alt) to the part where you establish your embassy so you can get the correct phasing. Simply abandoning the quest to do with BFA sadly won't work as the BFA intro takes priority of the room.

If you are sturggling to hand this is becuse the NPC's are vanishing - Check you didn't start part of the BFA intro.

abandon the bfa quests. go to the Wyvern's tail, Accept and complete the quest An Urgent Meeting . Eitrigg will then appear along with all the other NPCs.
