Go down into the tunnel. DO NOT make the mistake of following your yellow quest arrow and look on the surface!

After grinding the spirits, i spend 15 minutes trying to figure out where to use the silly quest item!

The forest heart was corruped by horde players doing the quest "Pierce there heart!" where the horde player pours night elf blood that was tainted by an Orc warlock who is really a demon.

The demon is killed later by the same horde character in the quest "Dread head redemption".

Go in the entrance,follow tunnell til first bridge.Dont cross bridge instead go to the left.
Follow it till you get to the forest heart.

Whiterock is still rigth. You need the other quests in order to get any fom Gaivan Shadewalker:

You need to collect 7 untainted spirits from the Severed druids and keepers, the spirits can be combined into a Power of Nature. You will need this to pick up the Forest Heart.

Ensure to get the sub-achievement "The Corrupted Heart of the Forest" you pick up "Insane Druids" while doing this quest. I missed it, so In addition to this quest, the following may be necessary:

Never Again!
Agents of Destruction
Explosives Shredding

Obtain the Forest Heart.

	The Forest Heart (1)
	Power of Nature (1)
	Untainted Spirit (7)

Description

You must get the Forest Heart to Gnarl at all costs!

Down at the bottom of the Dor'Danil Barrow Den it sits, corrupted by the Horde. Only Gnarl can cleanse it.

In order to move it, though, you'll need a Power of Nature. If you collect enough untainted spirits from the Severed druids and keepers, the spirits can be combined into a Power of Nature.
