For people who dont have co-ord's the pages are in the same area when you pick up this quest, i just turned around and saw a ton of pages everywhere lol.

Once you've picked up eight pages and combined them with the given item you go to Camp Oneqwah 65.2, 47.9 and turn Brann Bronzebeard's Journal in to Sage Paluna

Anyone recognize this guys name? Brann Bronzebeard? He showed up in Silithus, and somewhere in Outlands I forget where though... There's a quest in Silithus which can get you his mining axe :D.

Pick up 8 pages from Missing Journal Pages scattered on the ground in the area where you receive the quest. Combine these pages with the Incomplete Journal found on the ground starting the quest.

Very buggy for me; first it didn't give me the option of combining pages with the rest of the book. I tried abandoning the quest and restarting it, but (after it wiped away my pages) the game wouldn't let me start the quest again. Deleted the book, relogged the client, and now the quest was in my log again, trying to send me into the alliance camp (I'm horde).

When you turn it in, this mini-cutscene happens:

Sage Paluna says: This is an intriguing find, <name>, but I don't know what to make of it.
Sage Paluna says: The language is unfamiliar and for all we know, it's just some soldier's journal.
Scout Vor'takh says: Let me take a look at that.
Scout Vor'takh says: Hmm...
Scout Vor'takh says: This journal is written in dwarven. I can't read this scrawl, but I can make out one thing.
Scout Vor'takh says: 'Brann Bronzebeard.' The brother of Ironforge's king? You may have spoken too soon, Paluna.
Sage Paluna says: What do you mean?
Scout Vor'takh says: Think about how valuable a member of the dwarven royal family would be as a hostage.
Scout Vor'takh says: If he's in the area, we must find him. First, though, we'll need a way to decipher this journal.

Recover 8 Missing Journal Pages, combine them with the Incomplete Journal, and return the completed journal to Sage Paluna at Camp Oneqwah.

Description

This battered, mud-stained journal has seen better days. Leafing through the pages, you discover dozens of notes, diagrams, and maps in the dwarven language.

The only text you're able to decipher is the name of Brann Bronzebeard scrawled at the end of one of the entries.

The back half of the book, containing the most recent entries, has been torn away. Someone thought the notes important enough to attempt to destroy them. Perhaps gathering the missing pages from the battlefield will yield some clues.
