Summation: Bucket of tools at Ivalds Ruin, its in the middle, up the ramp. Looks like bucket of water.. or bucket of tools if you read quest. There will also be another quest: Out of my element that you can pick up at south side of ruins. This will have you kill mobs that are already there.

This is odd, I have this quest as well as "The Human League" , so somehow I picked up both the starting quest and end quest for this chain.

Confirmed Coordinates of (79,47)

For those without Co-ords, travel to the South-Western entrance to the digsite, go down the ramp and to your left you will see a wooden plank ramp leading up onto the construction platform. Go up this ramp, and follow it around the concrete pillar(in the center of the platform) and you will see the small pail sitting on the ground. It does not have the "Interactive Twinkle" that most objects do in WotLK so keep your eyes open.

Exactly at (79,47.5) next to the statue thing in the middle, its not on the ground level, next to the wheelbarrow on the second level.

When flying above the digsite, at the center pillar and facing due north, the tools are in a bucket next to a wheelbarrel at 4:00 location, on the platform right next to the pillar.

This area can really be difficult for a Mage and other clothies who use ranged and kiting to get the job done most of the time. Walking around on the platforms limits your ability to kite and get into position to do ranged without walking into the mobs, who constantly move around the area.

I got killed a few times and killed again after I rezzed by roving mobs before I could rebuff or fly out.

During one of my walks back to the corpse I located the item and worked out a plan to get it. If you come in through the north side and clear you way onto the ramp, all you have to do is clear enough mobs to go around to the left side of the wooden structure in the middle and click on the item next to the wheelbarrow. This is one of the worst areas I have experienced when it comes to getting mobbed-it seemed like the dark irons and the shoveltusks really enjoyed working together to smush me!

Walt at the Explorers' League Outpost in the Howling Fjord wants you to recover his Building Tools.

Description

I've been studying this deactivated construct for days, <name>. I think I can create a reasonable facsimile of the golem that would have room inside to fit one passenger. The idea being that it would fool those iron dwarves and allow us to get inside Baelgun's.

Now I'm not gonna be able to make anything with a hammer and poker. I need my tools! Unfortunately I left those behind at Ivald's Ruin when the iron dwarves first attacked. Get me my tools!

Ivald's Ruin is located far to the northeast.
