The camp is a 58,23 (just below Razorthorn Shelf)

Some of these guys drop Arakkoa Feathers save these for a quest in Lower City and Allerian Stronghold.

You can also do the quest "Olemba Seeds" since there are plenty of them in the area!

There are many more sorcerers at Veil Reskk than Veil Shienor, just FYI.

I received this quest as a lvl 60 Warrior, the quest mobs can be as high as lvl 63. This was generally no problem though some of the fights were drawn out.

Except for the spiders. They patrol much of the area and will agro while you are fighting one of the quest mobs. You have to look around for them during fights. At my level, trying to fight two or three lvl 62-63 mobs at once was often fatal.

Counter-intuitive though it may be, there are Shienor Talonites and Sorcerers at Veil Shienor AND at Veil Reskk. None at Veil Skith.

1. Thin the Flock
• Accept the quest, Thin the Flock, from Lieutenant Gravelhammer at coords 57.4, 55.6 (Allerian Stronghold).
• Travel north to the area of Veil Shienor at coords 58, 24, or Veil Reskk at 49, 15.
• Kill 6 Shienor Sorcerer and 14 Shienor Talonite.
• Travel south, to the Allerian Stronghold, at coords 57.4, 55.6
• Turn in the quest to Lieutenant Gravelhammer.

Thin the Flock

Lieutenant Gravelhammer asks that you kill 14 Shienor Talonites and 6 Shienor Sorcerers and then return to him in Allerian Stronghold.

Description

The arakkoa have attacked us again, this time striking in the night and then using their dark magic to escape before we could marshal our soldiers.

Veil Reskk and Veil Shienor lie to the north and northwest. Find these arakkoa nests and kill as many as you can. They may not fear us, but at least we can thin their numbers.
