He walks North and South up and down the path to the west of Evergrove. I was lucky enough to catch him while he was walking right infront of the front gate of Evergrove. XD

Forget about looking for "the yellow dot" there are no such - he is a male Dranei, not hostile walking around.

This guy was a pain to find, flew around for 10 min before I found the little bugger. I found him at 59,39. Good luck

There are some small "camps" that are small tents. You will find him patrollig those camps. And yes, forget about the yellow dots. Found him at 60,33. gl ;)

Imo, he doesnt exactly walk on the road, i found him on the west side of the south roud under Ruuan Weald, he was a lil more south from the road, Male Dranei, before i found him i traveled up and down the road looking for him, so a tip is to look off the beaten path

Not so hard, just make a macro like '/target overseer' fly around just out of aggro and spam it.

To find him make a macro saying
/tar overseer nuaar
then spam that while you look for him. As you look for him you can also do the other quests in this area involving the wyrmcult. Or, you could just sit infront of the front gate to Evergrove and wait for him, like I did. :p

This quest as well as the follow-up could have be a reference to the great book A time for loving and a time for dying by Erich Maria Remarque... if it's just the name or more in the quest content I don't know, just speculating seeing as the titles bear great resemblance.

I found the Overseer wandering among the Wrymcult camps roundabouts 60.39,34.49 a little bit off of the road.

The macros did not work for me. While messing with them, he just happened to walk past me. I almost didn't see him.

This guy unfortunately doesn't have a tag over his name to indicate who he is. And since I can't use macros I just had to hunt him down. He doesn't follow the road but right along the edge of the cliff where all the tents are at. I found him at the far end of the area by the veil.

I wonder what the hell is wrong with Blizz these days, that someone there was paid to conclude that annoying about half the players that do this dumbass quest by forcing them to wonder around aimlessly not knowing if the quest is bugged or what is supposed to be "fun."

Overseer Nuaar roughly follows the cliffs where the camps are located. He goes from the northern camp, makes his way along the cliffs/camps. He does stray inland from the camps a little bit, but not too much. He ends up at the last camp slightly southeast of where you pick up the quest. Then he turns around and makes his way north again.

When found has any 1 had problems turning in quest? Says negotiation is complete but I cant turn it in.The tree guys still shows a grey ? mark.

The Draenei pictured is the NPC you will be looking for (Overseer Nuaar) after getting the quest, patrolling the roads outside of town. However if you're looking for the questgiver (Tree Warden Chawn) he is a Tauren located in the center of town, beside the Moonwell. I derped out thinking the Overseer was the questgiver, figured this could help anyone else having a moment as well.

He doesn't show up on the mini-map, so it can be very frustrating. Also, the quest will state, 'negotiations complete' before you've even found him.

As others have stated, he's on the path south of Ruuan Weald near the tents. He won't appear at first, but will show up after you've taken out some of the Wyrmcult Hewers.

Found him at 62,45. Spoke to him. Quest complete.

Description

When we arrived in the Ruuan Weald, the wyrm cultists were keeping themselves to Blackwing Coven, through the tunnel to the west. But now, they are encroaching upon us here.

I need you to find the wyrmcultists' overseer. He's known to make a regular patrol between their various camps in the Ruuan Weald.

Negotiate with him. Let him know that there's room for compromise, but that we will not condone or allow the wholesale slaughter of the wildlife, nor the felling of all of the trees.
