Grants access to Rondure Alcove, one of the Locus Shift treasure rooms, containing the Rondure Cache and Protoform Schematic for Schematic: Omnipotential Core.

It is located at /way #1970 50.5 27.6, between 2 platforms, on the side of a pillar (accessible from flying or via the Tertius Locus).

To see this, you first must:

Research Metrial Understanding and Aealic Understanding
Complete A Means to an End

To enter the Rondure Alcove, gain at least 60 Cosmic Energy and enter Gravid Repose. Use the Locus Shift to take the Interior Locus to the Inner Chamber. You will now see a new Locus Shift (the Arcae Locus) upon the platform at the north-western side of the room, which you can use to travel to the Rondure Alcove.

The thing to click on is one of the glowing runes. It's on the side of a pillar located underneath the Hulking Geomental you see after teleporting or flying to the Tertius Locus. Walk down the ramp from the Hulking Geomental where you'll see a smaller geomental and the rune is the right (almost 180 degrees to the right) on the pillar under the platform at /way 50.5 27.6.

You can't use the warlock gate on the balls, but for the one above the door you can.

I really wish they wouldn't put stuff like this in the game anymore. No one likes jumping puzzles, and its even worse to have unpredictable balls roaming around the room waiting to knock you off.

just cheese this with any possible vertical boost item you have.

Any video out there on how to do that? That's just #$%^ing bull$%^&, can't find a correct path... Even without that %^&*ing orbs. When you thought Blizzard game designers could not get any lower...

If you have trouble landing on the ball because you are jumping too far, try unequipping the cypher piece of equipment that increases your movement speed. I was unable to land on one of the last balls near the treasure and after unequipping my gear I jumped there on my first try.

This is ^&*! game design. I dont know who at blizzard is so cracked out of their mind in favor of jumping puzzles but they need to be fired. Not once have I seen anyone enjoy them, or have seen a jumping puzzle that was actually good in WoW. The mechanics just arent set up for it. Most classes have no aerial mobility and you have no control over how far or how short you can jump.

Please for everyones sanity, stop &*!@ing putting these pieces of absolute dog#$%^ in the game.

SOLUTION BUT IT IS A PAIN... (like dsylxeypanda said)

In the following stepts to get to the Cache.

Step one:
Jump from the red big side orb (start) then jump from small orb to small orb, untill you reach the bigger orb in the centre of the room.

Step two:
Use your mouse to aim to the small orb near the Cache. Make sure you are near the centre of the orb.

Step Three:
Use Borr-Geth 's Fiery Brimstone (20min cd)
then Goblin Glider (3min cd)

If you are lucky you stick to the orb, you can loot the cache.

But it is a pain!.

The other schematics: (Above doorway, ledge)

Step One:
Stay on the middle orb, jump to the small orb, then the next small orb. Then the medium size orb.

Step Two:
Jump to the ledge of the doorway then keep pressing forward....

Step Three:
Tillt with your mouse you camera angle to above, so you can see the scroll.

Step Four:
You can loot the item... for some reason you can stick to the ledge... but i was pressing forward like a crazy monkey.

This one just requires time and patience. And when you realize that doesn't work report as a 'bug' and a 'suggestion' to Blizzard. Do this every day. How on Earth people are doing this the Bor-Geth's Fury Brimstone & Glider? As you launch the camera angle is constantly changing and you have no idea where to land. And when you land on something you keep running forward and run right off something. Terrible terrible Mario jumpy game

In a perfect world blizzard would take every delevoper who was in any way associated with this clumsy, sloppy mess of a jump puzzle.. and force them to play it.

Everyone who can't solve it in 15 minutes gets fired immediately.

Seriously.. I tried to do this on my druid (140% movement speed because of cypher gloves even without catform) .. it is impossible. Managed to do it without gear on 120% movement speed. This is clearly optimised for 100% movement speed and not more.

This is atrocious even without the orbs randomly pushing you off and one of them even pathes directly in front of the treasure on top.

Like come on, you can't tell me someone thinks this is fun.

I kept getting to the second to last ball and couldn't see the treasure on top of the very last ball.
Also, that last ball is way too high for a druid to jump on and kept falling.

The third time I got to the second to last ball, I realized that the last ball IS the treasure.

Folks, it looks like Warlock gates DO WORK. I dropped mine, and it appeared to be on the ground. When I clicked it - it popped me up to the ball I needed it to be. I was standing on the ledge at the time, I finally got the first four jumps from the center ball, and tried to drop a gate from there. I looted the Cache and then got thrown off. I then waited so I could go back to confirm it. Did it twice more for screenshot for you all. You can see my gates are "on the ground" but also where I am standing, on the ball you loot the cache from.

I 100% recommend playing this jumping puzzle as either a Shaman or Druid and go into cat/wolf form for the first 3 medium balls. I spent a good 10 minutes trying in my regular Draenei shape and it was extremely difficult just getting unto the first ball, but with the 30% (50% if you have Spirit Wolf talented) movement speed increase it was trivially easy getting unto the first 3 medium and then swapping back to Draenei once I got to the large one. Rest was a piece of pie.

Still awful design though. Of all things choosing balls to jump on who are notoriously bad for pathing instead of flat platforms when Warcraft is known for having pathing issues. The amount of times I have been stuck on props in Maldraxus alone or inside buildings in Gilneas... Man...

Every expansion, Blizzard manages to outdo itself on stupid, senseless, idiotic, impossible puzzles. They just keep putting these $%^&ing things in the game, and they do not listen, in any way, to all the complaints. Feh. I think firing the staff who came up with this is too good for them. They should be sent to Mars, without oxygen, and no way to create it. Let's see them solve *that* puzzle!

I don't usually leave comments, but I'm hoping people from Blizzard read this. I would assume they do as WoWHead is a pretty popular site. Blizzard employees, your game was/is good. It is NOT designed to be an action game. Every. Single. Jumping. Puzzle. Nonsense. you put into this game hurts it. There is no amount of game design that ever makes jumping puzzles fun for the vast majority of players. It's right up there with escort quests. Please please stop putting this !@#$ into WoW. It's not designed for this. Most of us play WoW because it's NOT a twitch game.

I love collecting pets, but I also love having fun. I'm not sure if the Omnipotential Core is Bind on Equip or not, but if it is, I won't be bothering with it. Which saddens me. I choose fun over this nonsense. If someone could please forward this to the designer that thought this was a good idea, I'd appreciate it. :) Grats on your paycheck for the week you spent on this epic fail.

Im trying my hardest to get to the second small orb toward the door schematic and my paladin just cant jump onto the second orb and im ripping my hair out

Getting to the cache was kind of a headache but still turned out to be easier than expected, as fundamentally all jumps were the same, once you learn one you've learned all of them. No weird sideways jumps or anything.

Start from the side; don't forget to turn off "run" mode for the small jumps in the middle; for large jumps turn it on again. Otherwise it's the exactly same, position yourself center (maybe very slightly to the back), aim center, and jump.

If you're a mage, remember that you have Alter Time.

(I completely forgot about the schematic...)

If you happen to be a warlock, you can gate directly up to the treasure. It looks like the gate is on the ground, but you go directly vertical.
